First let me say that I have multiple Luminox watches and have worn them through a 35 year law enforcement career. Never an issue with my watches and find them to be pretty tough and durable. My last purchase I had a slight issue with the band and customer service was awesome. Unfortunately I can not remember the gentleman's name that helped me. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful with the issue, replacing the whole watch. The replacement watch had no issues. Personable and knowledgeable service reps and just a good all around , tough watch!
