“Great customer service, very fast delivery from the UK to Australia and the vacuum cleaner is easy to assemble, use and works magnificently. I had a problem with the battery and it was sorted out with no fuss and again, with great, empathetic customer service. I would highly recommend this product and the company as a whole. “I'm breaking this review down into sections so people can read exactly what they want How I got to the Lupe: I've tried several cordless vacuums on Amazon and they have all had issues - low battery life, poor suction, cumbersome, etc. I decided to do my research on a high-end cordless vacuum - Dyson, Miele, Shark. I was on forums, reddit, and then eventually a YouTube channel names Vacuum Wars. If you have not checked out vacuum wars, you should! He does comprehensive videos and in depth analysis on literal hundreds of vacuums. His channel is where I found a detailed review of the Lupe, which I had never heard of before but I'm so glad I clicked on the video. My initial thoughts in my Lupe research: I was blown away by it's performance (top tier suction) combined with it's functionality (everything just works - self standing, attach additional attachments straight on the vacuum, easy to operate, switches from carpet to hardwood like a dream, and I can go on). I came to the website to see what they had to say about it, and the vacuum that I thought couldn't get better, did! You can buy replacement parts for all key components!! This is huge for the environment and a major plus for me in 2021 trying to cut down on plastic and general waste. What I use it for: I admittedly live in a small apartment (750 sq ft), but I can vacuum it all on normal suction (which is more than enough) and use approximately 25% battery. I have 2 cats and a mix of hardwood/carpet and the Lupe doesn't leave any pet hair, dirt, or debris on any surface. My first use of this was cleaning my whole apartment on high suction, which did take 100% battery, but the results were amazing! So much dirt left behind by my previous vacuum and now I usually just run it on normal suction. Not to mention, this actually makes vacuuming somewhat fun! Since you know you don't have to go over the same area twice. Overall Review: I love that Lupe is moving in a sustainable direction! Combine that with the fact that their vacuum is quite literally the best vacuum I've ever used, and you can call me a lifetime Lupe customer!”

“Hi The vacuum is very easy to use and performs well 2 problems… dog hair clollects behind filter , which is easy to sort ! The biggest problem is battery doesn’t last long enough Is it possible to buy a spare battery?”

“So far, we are very impressed with our Lupe vacuum cleaner. I love the idea that parts can be replaced easily, rather than having to replace the whole machine. There does seem to be a learning curve, I've started to see. Figuring out how best to hold the machine in its handheld configuration so that the controls are easily accessed by one hand took a little exploring. I feel that the flexible tube could be just a bit longer for comfort. I was a little underwhelmed by the vacuum power, especially on rugs, until I tried the high setting, at which point it was amazing. The lovely stormtrooper white plastic gets dirty very quickly--I'm not sure how to avoid that. I found the vacuum a bit hard to maneuver when used in its upright setting--it took some experimenting and learning to use wrist power, along with understanding how it turns and moves, but I feel that with use, I will find that it works great overall. I was underwhelmed by its performance on edges, and swapping out to use the handheld tools doesn't seem as fast and easy as on my old Kenmore canister vacuum. Overall, I wouldn't return this, nor do I regret the purchase. But I'm not convinced that it does a great job of replacing a smaller hand-held for, say, kitchen use, or of doing a better job than my old canister vacuum. I'm impressed, but there's some room for improvement.”

“Super fast delivery, very impress with the speed taking in consideration the current Covid delays. Vacuum arrived as described and all super easy to set up. Been using it every day and although it takes a bit to get used to coming from a corded big Vacuum it has been fantastic, suction is outstanding, gets the job done nice and easy. Thanks”

“I am one of the guilty ones that has bought and thrown away SO many vacuum cleaners. I kept asking myself was I doing something wrong? My mother had her vacuum for 30 years! Well I cannot review this vacuum on the basis of longevity as I have only owned it for a week. However, I can say that it is cleaning my floors and rugs incredibly well! The whole house feels fresh! It was easy to put together and I was up and running very quickly. There are a couple of things I wish for in their next design. I am a short person and I wish the wand was extendable so I could reach further. And I wish I could get under furniture a little better. I was hesitant at first about buying the vacuum because of two reasons: the price and how long it would take to ship it to the US (Kentucky). Well I justified the price as I am hoping it will last and I believe it said there is a two year warranty. And I was shocked to receive my Lupe in only about three days via DHL. I can’t believe I’m saying this but I am excited about this vacuum!”

“I like the power it has as a cordless vacuum. It is easy to push around and does not take a lot of effort which I appreciate. The battery life has been efficient and I am able to vacuum my whole house which is another plus. The things I am having difficulty with is that the canister is small and fills up quickly. We have a dog and the hair gets trapped at the top of the canister. At first, I did not know how to get the trapped hair and debris from the top and was attempting to use my hand to pull it out. This was discouraging after paying so much for the vacuum. I then realized that there is a piece that pops out to allow the debris to come out. That made me happier! I do wish that you made a larger model available for those of us who live in the country, have 5 kids still at home, and a dog to allow more debris to be captured before having to empty it. I also with the attachments would remain on the vacuum better. They continually fall off as I am vacuuming and then I don't have the part when I need it. I give it a 4/5 stars for overall quality and function.”

“My Lupe is not what I expected and I would like to return it because I am not satisfied. In using only for a few minutes on a wool carpet, 7-1/2 ft x 10 ft, it would not pick up anything into the vacumn. It just pushed the fuzz or whatever it was picking up around the blades and deposited that on the floor. It was also not good in picking up a crumb or whatever was on my hardwood floor no matter how high or low the power was. On my wool rug it didn't pick up anything, with the brush bar on or off. My wool rug is not a high pile, the pile is quite level. It is only a throw rug under my cocktail table and around it on the hardwood floor but not under any furniture. I would appreciate hearing from you as to how I return it and the address I must send it to. It is a waste of money, I don't like the way it handles, when you push it. I rate it as Very Poor.”

“After a false start with a inoperable unit being received, I am happy to report that the Lupe vacuum is a great sucker!! All kidding aside, the service in dealing with the defective unit and prompt delivery of a new unit was great. The new units quite well. Hard to get used to there being no cord to follow around while using. The power is beyond expectation and using vacuum is quite easy. It is replacing a canister vacuum and does a superior job. Happy to have found the Lupe company in investigating cordless vacuums. All good so far.”

“I read about Lupe in our ‘Which’ magazine and decided it would hopefully be a very good choice us. Delivery was very efficient and it is an excellent design, so easy to put together. However on Page 9 of the instructions. I have heard of the term ‘default’ referring to finance, but not when it comes to the workings of a vacuum!! A little difficult to understand. However, trial and error works and I love the machine. Thanks.”

“Very good power and suction. Needs longer battery life. Also would like to see another section of wand we can add to get more reach up high. Also add more flexible hose when needed. Maybe a small motorized head attachment. Very good product as is. Where have you been all my life.”
