“I took the mid term mainly because I expected there to be a footpath option as I was returning on Boxing Day and thought the shuttle might be less frequent. Without the walking option I might as well use the Long Term and save a little money. However, the system worked perfectly so no problems with the parking.”

“parking the car was easy as always and locating my car on return and exiting was excellent but the transport from the airport took a long time between buses so when it did come they were overcrowded”

“Good price in short term for a 3 day trip to Paris, reserved approx 7 days ahead. NPR failed to read the reg plate, but a quick call via intercom on my return fixed the problem, and we were on our way pronto. Any chance of surfacing a bit more of the car park so there are more marked bays? People are rubbish at parking unless you give them lines to park within!”

“Few minutes bus ride to the terminal. Bus stops have covered area. Buses reasonably frequent. Could be improved by having tarmac all over, including the parking spaces, currently gravelled.”

“We pre booked online for our parking therefore we knew what to do when we arrived. Buses came frequently and were clearly labelled which was helpful.”

“Given the weather in the UK, a covered walk-way to the terminal building would be good. Otherwise the parking is in a good position. Would be even better if it was underneath the terminal building.”

“Going out fabulous. Coming home disastrous - there was a vehicle broken down on the roundabout near the terminal meaning you had a one way system in operation. Why no one could move the car is beyond me. We just froze at 11pm waiting for the Mid-term Bus to arrive when all you want to do is get home.”

“As always good value and convenient - only moan is they never ever automatically recognise my car and I always have to press the help button and give the booking code to get out of car park”

“Unfortunately we forgot to write down or take a photo of the bus stop we parked close to, and when we returned in the dark and in the rain it took some time to find the car. Other than that - a good experience.”
