Booking on line was easy and I was very pleasantly surprised with the great price I was offered for a 4 day stay in short term car park. On entry I was very careful to check that my print out did specify 'short term car park' so that I was not faced with an unexpected big bill at the end. The car park was close to the terminal, easy to walk across from and there were plenty of spaces, well marked and the surface was solid, unlike the mid term car park. On return late on Friday night, I drove to the barrier and inserted my ticket. The barrier showed that I owed £144. This was a shock and not a hassle that I wanted to face very late at night when it was cold and icy and having been travelling for many hours. I pressed the button and there was no response. I drove back into the car park to look for another button and to find the telephone number on my confirmation print out. The number I had was open during office hours only. There was no other help point so I went back to the barrier and pressed again. This time I was able to speak with an advisor to whom I gave my ref number and she let me out. Overall this hassle and the panic that I had parked wrongly and owed a large fee or may be trapped in the car park indefinitely were disappointing and spoiled my otherwise excellent experience of parking in short term on a pre-booking basis. I would park here again if pre-booked for the right price but will always check that my registration has been recognised and inform the car park ahead of time if not. This is a basic problem that is inefficient and causes panic for customers unnecessarily. Please try to fix it in future.

AS I entered the car park it asked me to check the postcode. I couldn't find a postcode on the booking page I had with me. All was OK but it could have been clearer. Now that I have used this parking once, I would use again (and know where to go)

Easy to find, short wait for the bus both ways. Leaving the carpark the machine asked for a £160 charge, a very quick conversation with the efficient staff via intercom cleared the issue and we were on our way. Would definitely use this parking again.

The recognition camera on exit did not work and needed contact with the control person, this happens approx. 50%! Of the time I use Luton airport car parks

I experienced it twice. It was prebooking. First experience was better than second one. Hassle free , everything went smooth. 2nd time i had to speak to assistance for exit. But still wasn't that bad.

Very handy car park. However, occasionally we have had to wait quite a long time for a bus (and the shelters are quite exposed in the winter). The bus drivers are always very polite and helpful.

Prepaid and saved £45. Entry to C/P fine, spaces available near entrance and bus after very short wait. Leaving had a glitch as the ticket machine insisted I had to pay again ! As there were cameras on each of the gates I was suprised at the hold-up. Contacted operator who opened barrier after a few moments. Overall, pretty good.

only critisism i have it that the when i put my ticket in to the machine to exit the car park it wanted to charge me £60 when I had already paid online 2 days before . Booking online was very simple

All good with exception of when leaving car park...put in ticket and machine informed me I had £100 to pay although I had prepaid and hadn't ran over my time. Had to wait a few minutes to buzz the help desk and he sorted quickly. Only reason I mention is my husband uses the same car park often and he says it happens regularly. Not sure if something wrong with tickets or your database.

Booking didnt register when we arrived so when we returned had to speak to a man on the intercom as ticket was showing as unpaid. Apart from that an easy and simple service.

Found it easy from the motor way. Bus service quick easy to find. Delivered us back promptly. Friendly staff. Would use again.

Booking very easy, plenty of spaces available in short term. Only negative, which has now happened twice, when leaving my car is not recognised & have to contact somebody to let me leave.

Excellent...easy to find, close to the departures hall, no waiting for the bus on arrival or departure and car in good order in return. The only gripe is that it was quite expensive for just a 4 day stay....but there is very little other choice apart from long stay...hence my score of 4 stars and not 5 stars.

Good location and good bus transfer service. Only problem arises if you have changed the car registration details and then everything is not automatic and you need to press button for assistance.

It was fine, but when leaving something went wrong and it asked me to pay £108. I spoke to someone who fixed the problem

All fine BUT 1) Exit signs just not clear enough......: late night, dark, disorientated, frosty windscreen (I know - should be crystal clear, but let's face it...) - signs need to be HUGE and obvious....I wasn't the only one driving up and down. 2) pre paid but the ticket didn't work on exit - VERY quickly resolved by one push of the button and a pleasant member of staff on the intercom. Would use again, no worries.

The parking was as described, easy to locate and plenty of space. Unfortunately, at 1 in the morning, when faced with an excess charge because of the late arrival of my flight - I was not advised by the machine that paying by credit card attracted a fee - and was disappointed to have to pay this too.

Used Mid Term, paid online in advance. Car Park well signed on approach and bus at stop within 2 or 3 mins of arriving there. Quick trip to terminal. On return we only waited about 2 mins for bus. Very impressed
