“Long term car park is relatively close to airport and seems well serviced by buses to and from terminal.”

“Pre booked parking. All very seamless. Number plate was recognised on entry and exit. Unfortunately the 1st barrier we tried to use for exit wasn't working. The 2nd was fine. Much quicker and easier than waiting for bus transfers.”

“Mid term car park used and generally good value and a good experience (I was on a day's business trip to Belfast) I'd welcome the ability to just walk to the terminal if the new expansion plans could make this possible. It's only a few hundred meters and it could save waiting for the bus.”

“Did not have to wait for the bus very long. Was able to park very close to the bustop. Only downside was that the machine did not recognise our pre paid ticket and asked us to pay £100 ! be of a shock for 4 days packing. But was sorted very quickly to our satisfaction.”

“I use the Long Term parking at Luton about once every month. I am generally very pleased with the service provided and the location and ease of access. I would have given a 'Very Good' rating but for a small problem on this occasion. I always pre-book but this time the automatic number plate recognition did not read my number plate - probably on entry. I was not recognised and was given a standard ticket. On exit I was faced with an £80 bill for outstanding charges! Fortunately an alert operator on the Assistance button recognised my car registration and let me leave, but not without a few heart-stopping moments. Maybe this needs to be sorted. Otherwise - generally very good.”

“Good value when pre-booked, the only issue was that on exit my registration was not recognised and the machine requested the usual non booked tariff. The call button worked and the operator was quick to sort things and let me on my way.”

“Was very surprised just how significant a saving could be made by pre-booking saving £50 for 3 days! Booking process was simple, the car park was well signposted which made it easy. Buses were regular although must say that the shelters both at the airport and the park itself were pretty useless affording little protection from the elements! Only issue I had was that on leaving the park my ticket wasn't recognised as having been pre-paid which gave me a bit of a shock as the screen flashed that £80 was owed but the lady at the end of the buzzer was very helpful and resolved issue quickly.”

“Our flight was diverted to Gatwick. We arrived back in London at about 2 am, too late to get to Luton to pick up our car. I picked up the car the next morning and really appreciated the fact that I did not have to make a case for not having to pay the extra time. I was let out with a courteous thank you and goodbye. I have marked this Good rather than Very Good because the tarmac surface in the short stay car park could do with improvement. I often have to step into a puddle to get out of the car.”

“Fairly priced and an efficient and quick transfer from parking to airport and return. Although prepaid concerned on returning to be told that we owed £160 despite still having over an hour on our parking time. Fortunately person at gate resolved the problem for us.”
