When we got to the barrier to leave, it asked us for another £60. Mistakes happen so pressed the button which took an eternity to be answered but once answered barrier was opened.

Easy to book, Car registration recognised on arrival. Problem with ticket on exit but quickly sorted. Will use again

Might have been Very Good but slightly marred; having bought a 'flexible' booking, the website failed to allow me to adjust my return date to two days earlier than originally planned.

Car park is next to runway, so walking / driving is some way from terminal itself. Buses are supposedly every 15 minutes - but bus shelters provide no shelter from cold. Having prepaid, entry and exit were both swift with ANPR recognising number plate (other airports ANPR not so effective).

Despite pre paying the barrier did not work, but the ticket assistance man was very helpful and dealt with the problem quickly. We will book again soon. Well recommended!

Efficient parking service. Easy to book at short notice. Bus journey was quick and smooth once it arrived.

Fine. Rather alarmed to insert my ticket to be informed that I owed £80, after having prepaid, and exiting before the appointed hour. Pinged chap, who raised the barrier, but I have no idea why the charge came up initially.

+ No fuss, easy parking ,shuttle bus arrives on time. Really 5 mins from the airport with the bus. - Road quality in the car park in some places is VERY POOR, be careful with your luggage if need to wheel it around.

I always use mid-term. Good location. Sometimes I do like to walk to the airport and always get irritated at how difficult it is to actually get out of the car park and across the road. I understand that, at present, pedestrians are discouraged probably because it is dangerous but it makes more sense to provide a safe route for those that want to walk to be able to get to the other side of the road without having to walk along a very muddy grass bank and to go for a while in the opposite direction because of the barriers. However, when I don't choose to walk then the courtesy bus service is great.

The booking and payment system is easy and very quick, great tool. The short stay carpark surface is in very poor condition, making walking difficult and could be dangerous if dark, particularly near zone 12. During wet weather this also creates large puddles of water that are difficult to avoid, not ideal when travelling to/from business meetings and when the colder weather arrives would be very icy. More lighting could be provided too, particularly as I'm a lone female business traveller.

easy access with the bus from the car park to airport and backwards. still think its a bit to expensive but works for a short flight like a few days only/weekend. if would be cheaper I am sure more people would use it more often as is so much easier having your own car at the airport.

As advertised, walking distance to the terminal. Carpark surface is fairly rough ground which can make it difficult to pull luggage. Entrance could be more clearly marked and road layout a little bit simpler.

Considered it excellent service in ordering and leaving car on outward journey from Luton airport despite missing the bus by seconds. (Could it have waited as we ran to the stop?) Disappointed on the return to have to wait longer than ten minutes for arrival of bus to mid term car park. The previous bus had left well before we exited the airport building - there were people already queueing before we reached the bus stop. Perhaps you should make the labels for the bus stops clearer e.g. not clever having 'mid-term' written vertically on the end of the bus shelter easily covered by a person stood against it.

The ANPR did not read the number plare correctly which caused a delay on exiting, although the lady who answered to phone when i pressed for help was excellent.

Everything was plain sailing until it came to leaving the car park. When I put my ticket in to leave it said I have an overdue payment of £48. I did actually pay online a few weeks ago. When you have a queue of cars behind you wanting to get home it can be stressful. Luckily it was sorted out within a few minutes. I thought you had a car number plate recognition system in place?
