“Short term car park is well located & convenient for terminal. If you pre-book & pay in advance, it represents good value. If not, cost is prohibitive. The instructions said my car would be recognised on arrival but it wasn't so on departure, when I inserted ticket into barrier, it didn't open. Instead, it said please pay £108! Thankfully, an operator answered the assistance button immediately & when I quoted my booking ref they released the barrier for me. It's a system glitch that needs to be sorted but the service overall is good and I would definitely use it again.”

“The bus frequence to and from the Long Park Stay could be better and now that the size of the parking space has doubled, even more important. It's also very irritating if after a long wait, the bus is full and you are forced to another long wait for the next to arrive. At the same time you can see the entrance to the airport just on the other side of the fence, a few hundred yards away...”

“Because the car-park is all electronic and automated, I was unable to amend my booking - instead I had to pay excess day charges; really not impressed by this. Car park itself was easy enough to use once there.”

“Hello I fly through Luton airport every week and book your short term parking. Your automatic number plate recognition system doesn't recognise my number plate. My plate is GJ2696 but the system records it as GJZ696 every time and so the automated system does not work. Thanks Graham Jones 07768 624812 graham.j@dsl.pipex.com”

“The overall experience including the courtesy bus was good, though we did not appreciate parking on gravel - at the other airports that we have used, the whole parking area is tarmaced.”

“there seems to be only one transfer bus operating at this time of year, this meant a long wait on my return. I'd suggest that in the summer months there are two buses. Otherwise I would have said the service was excellent”

“Good parking. I had booked in advance for £40 for 2 days. When I put in my ticket at the exit it displayed a SHOCKING £1080 !!!!!!!! that was a total shock and was not happy as I know the system did recognise on entry that I had pre-booked. To me this is not acceptable in this day and age.”

“We landed at 22.30 and did have to wait for a long time for a bus. Another man said he often lands at that time and the buses are often late. Apart from that it was all good. (We had to wait 20 mins or more)”

“The car park was close. But, on our arrival back at the airport, we just missed a bus for the mid-term car park and two buses for the long term car park left before another bus arrived for the mid-term car park.”

“All was good until I wanted to go out. I put the ticket in the machine...and though I was half an hour before ending of booked time, received a message that I need to pay for an outstanding sum... After pushed the button for assistance, the barrier lifted and drove off but I was not sure if I can leave or should waiting for somebody to clear me out... Call again, for confirmation. Little bit stressful :(”

“I stayed in the Long Term car park and would have given a very good rating but for one thing and that is the road signs from the main road are next to non-existent. I had to ask a pedestrian the way as off the main road there are no signs. This is the Long Term car park - it should be clearly signed from the main road round-about through the winding industrial estate roads. Apart from that, good price if booked on line and frequent busses to the terminal.”

“I used pre-booked parking at London Luton Airport, the process was simple. When you arrive at the airport and drive up to car park barrier a machine prints out a ticket (which you retain for later use on the way out of the car park at the end of your trip) - you then park up and leave the car in a large car park within walking distance of the terminal. On return from my trip I you recover your car and drive to the barrier, inserted the ticket and may find the machine asks you to pay a charge - in my case a heart attacking £108!! (as mentioned previously this was pre-payed). However, there is a call button on the barrier, a member of staff will chat to you on the radio and asked a few security questions, before they raise the barrier and let you escape, if you haven't pre payed then...? Overall this was a good parking option for those on a budget who don't need valet parking.”
