Good signage and info in advance. Pre booking worked well and ticket delivered fast. Worst thing was It Took a long time driving around the car park to find a space. Not good if you are in a hurry. Shuttle bus came quite quickly. No announcements on return bus in dark - would have been helpful to know where we were as we we could not see display screen.

I use your car parks roughly monthly. The only thing I would 'tweak' is the frequency of buses through Mid-Term parking..... it is a chilly waiting space at best...either in the car park or the terminal, and the waiting times seem to be on the long side.... so a small adjustment to pick-up intervals could have a big return in customer happiness. Andy

We used Priority Parking and were very impressed. Our car was waiting for us when we came out of the airport building, which was what we wanted as we had a late flight and the children with us had to go to school the next day. Worth paying that little bit extra!

Very easy to park, not stressful and the shuttle buses are always prompt. Made going on holiday a lot easier.

There is no problem with the parking. I always pay in advance to get the best price, but it is very annoying that every time we try to exit we are not able to and it states we owe a huge amount of money. This is very inconvenient especial late at night to then have to speak to someone over an intercom for them to check your details before being let out. Is there a problem with your system or is it a way to try and get extra money out of tired travellers?

Book in advance and it's great value. £38 for 2 nights in the short term park. No problem getting in and out. A nice short walk to airport.

Better signposting of entrance to car drop-off area would be helpful for first time users.

The surface in the mid term car park is a disgrace. I complained to a member of staff at the airport and they said they would "look into it".

Really convenient online booking process. Although I made a human error when entering my dates. On leaving after a landing in the early hours my ticket showed wrong (non-prepaid) tariff. I'd booked the week ahead, not the week that had just passed. The attendant responded promptly, and appropriately noted my error and we were able to pass through the barrier without issue or penalty. It seems quite unusual these days to see rationality used to ease customers/ users experience when profit can be made instead of resolving silly errors. Thank you.

the most difficult thing was finding our way back out of the car park, which was well signed all the way, Although the car park was very busy it was easy enough to find a parking space. bus arrived within 10 mins. When we returned bus was outside. It is only 5 mins journey from terminal to car park and a lot less hassle than off site parking

The time and petrol wastage it takes trying to find a space is ridulous, you might aswell park at Airparks a few miles away and save all the hassle... Fly from Luton 8-10 times a year, have a always gone with Airparks.. Thought I'd give Luton Longstay a go... Never again !!!

Huge price saving paying in advance online but the number plate recognition at the car park is disgraceful. I've been three times and the machine has tried to charge me again every time, forcing me to speak to an operator to get it resolved. Other than that there is plenty of spaces and the buses are frequent.

Maybe it's me, but I always find the signposting of Luton airport to be appalling. It's fine for a bit, and then, at the last moment, disappears. That never helps my experience of parking at Luton Airport. However, the online booking worked fine, and the cameras recognised my car on entry and exit. The shuttle bus was acceptably frequent, clean and quick. Unfortunately for me, there seemed to be very, very little space in the car park (partly due to a lot of spectacularly bad/selfish parking) , and I ended up parked at the far, far end beyond bus stop C, so it was a bit of a schlep with the bags, especially as out on the frontier there's a lot of gravel, which doesn't mix well with wheelie bags. Overall, fine for the money, but a couple of little details could vastly improve the experience, IMHO.

Luton airport parking is an excellent experience, it is so easy and convenient everything ran so smoothly and is very reasonabley priced, we will use it every time we fly from luton
