“I arrived at the allotted time. A ticket was produced at the barrier, and, on the screen was displayed my name to confirm the ticket was for me. I found a parking space within about 45 seconds of entering the car park. I locked up the car, headed for a shuttle bus pick up point, which was only about 25 yards away. I had to wait only about 2 or 3 minutes for the shuttle bus to arrive, and, although it had to go to several pick up points around the car park, we were back at the terminal in very good time. On my return, a shuttle bus was awaiting me to alight, and, within a very few minutes we set off back to the car park, where my car was still in the same spot, and I was ready to leave. I found the exit very easily thanks to excellent signage, placed my ticket into the machine, which opened the barrier, and I was off home. Altogether, a very stressless experience. Thank you, and I shall use the service again.”

“Shuttle bus came quickly on both arrival and departure. Only problem was there were very few spaces and the signposting to empty spaces was wrong and no staff were around. I had to drive around the car park for 10mins only to find lots of spaces at back which signs did not point to.”

“It was very difficult to find a parking space as the car park was very full The buses seem to run frequently I had only a short wait leaving and returning Spaces are very small I would expect lots of damage to car doors by careless people opening there doors I was lucky”

“Lack of spaces and poor signage wasn't a good experience on arrival Also, on return, there was quite a wait for the bus Finally, there is a design error on the bus. The push button to request the driver to stop is at a height and design that people accidentally push it - especially on a crowed transfer”

“Arrived at the car park and there were absolutely no spaces. There were a dozen other cars desperately trying to find spaces. People were parked everywhere on walkways etc! The signage in the car park that was directing you to spaces made you go to parts of the car park that were already over full! No one on site to help or assist. On the return had to wait 30mins for the bus. Then when I tried to exit the car park it said I had an additional payment of £79 even though I had pre paid. Would never park here again! Over priced and disorganised”

“Cannot be any easier ???????????? I was very impressed with the easy convenient parking facility No more getting ride from family and friends . Just park and catch a flight and on arrival your car is waiting I will do it all the time”
