“It was easy to find the car park as it is very well signposted. Seems like the car park is being expanded so more spaced will be available. Did not wait long for a bus and dropping point at the terminal is right outside. Will use it again, thank you”

“Not sure what I expected but what we're used to at Bristol is better because when you turn up to the car park, there are signs leading you to spaces whereas in Luton, whilst a sign said spaces, they were very much few and far between which makes life difficult. I can only imagine that they are working at almost full capacity all the time which is why this is. The buses seem very infrequent for a car park as large as it is, I would expect better to be honest.”

“Car Parks well signposted and price if booked early is reasonable, still don't understand the need to increase the price as travel gets closer but that seems to be the way its done, car park could have done with a resurface once off the main thro roads”

“The place is a bit hard to find. I did follow the signs but I still thought it's the wrong way given the kind of roads and places you need to go through to get there. But once you are there it's okay, just jump on the bus and that's it.”

“Easy to find car park well sign posted. Pre payed short stay well worth doing, no worries about having correct monies, saved on time too.. On entrance given ticket then on exit inserted ticket into machine at barriers, raised straight away.. Disabled parking bays spaced well apart from each other, a very good 1st experience of using airport car park”

“The carpark surface is of very poor quality, uneven with pot holes. The drainage is also very poor, I arrived in the rain and there where large deep puddles. The bay markings and layout are also very poor I drove to the end of a long bay that was full and was a dead end. Overall very poor.”
