Couldn't fault this parking. We had a problem leaving when the machine wanted to charge us a vast amount of money because it didn't recognise our number plate but a very helpful polite man on the intercom sorted it out straight away.

Very poor signage to get to the long-term car-park (found afterwards that at least one sign had been turned round and was facing the wrong way!) Drove around for 15 minutes before i could find a space in the long-term car park. When i returned to the airport after my holiday, I waited 25 minutes for a bus to take me back to the car-park - and when it came it was so crowded that it felt quite unsafe.

Everything good apart from directions to Priority Parking from Arrivals (especially at 1 am after a delayed flight.

We arrived back vey late and would have incurred an extra charge however the lady on the intercom was very helpful -able to see our flight had been delayed and allowed us to leave without having to pay an extra charge . Excellent customer service. Also the bus was prompt at 3.30 am. Would use it again and recommend it to others.

Car park was fine, it is a short trip by bus, my only gripe being a fairly long wait for the bus at the terminal. Automatic number plate recognition worked fine for entry. Overall: fine!

Everything very easy to book and mid-term car park easy to find. One thing that we found very annoying is the state of the car park itself. The tarmac roads are very rough and the huge chunks of ballast that the cars actually park on are extremely difficult to walk on to get to the front/back of the car & to wheel cases over. Could the whole area be covered in tarmac and the car spaces be white-lined? This would also cure the problem of cars taking up 2 spaces and therefore using up valuable space.

I arrived and parked near a bus stop, using the gears but not the handbrake, noting where I had parked and the bus stop number. The bus came as I was talking to fellow travelers and took us to the terminal. On return a bus collected from the terminal and returned us to the car park. Notes on the ticket gave the stop number and direction to walk. No ques at the exit gate and no extra to pay.

I paid in advance but on leaving the car park I was asked for £93 as an under payment. This was cleared up after speaking to an attendant but slowed my departure down.

Pre booked .... Was told at the exit had to pay £152 for my stay when had already paid for the week ... Inconvenient after a long day travelling .. But was resolved quickly by parking attendant

You charge more for the 'convenience' of short term parking. This car park like some of the others at Luton is tarmacked - just rough ground! Then just pray that it is not raining!! Pay less and you get bussed to the doors - pay more for the short term and 'short' walk - but they neglect to mention that it is totally uncovered for all but the last 50 yards!! It's 2015 - there are lightweight structures that could be put in for passenger comfort - oh no, sorry, forgot, this is Luton, that's not a concern!! Let's charge people to drop off at the terminal, let's charge a non-refundable fee for trolleys, let the 'business/short term' parkers get muddy and wet ..............

Parked in the short-stay car park. Bays were not clearly marked out. Lots of dead-ends requiring you to turn around in tight spaces. Over-crowded. Poor surface. Poor signage.

Exit barrier said we needed to pay £136, despite having prepaid. Had to call for help, with tired children from traveling could have done without extra hassle
