“I arrived and parked near a bus stop, using the gears but not the handbrake, noting where I had parked and the bus stop number. The bus came as I was talking to fellow travelers and took us to the terminal. On return a bus collected from the terminal and returned us to the car park. Notes on the ticket gave the stop number and direction to walk. No ques at the exit gate and no extra to pay.”

“I paid in advance but on leaving the car park I was asked for £93 as an under payment. This was cleared up after speaking to an attendant but slowed my departure down.”

“Pre booked .... Was told at the exit had to pay £152 for my stay when had already paid for the week ... Inconvenient after a long day travelling .. But was resolved quickly by parking attendant”

“You charge more for the 'convenience' of short term parking. This car park like some of the others at Luton is tarmacked - just rough ground! Then just pray that it is not raining!! Pay less and you get bussed to the doors - pay more for the short term and 'short' walk - but they neglect to mention that it is totally uncovered for all but the last 50 yards!! It's 2015 - there are lightweight structures that could be put in for passenger comfort - oh no, sorry, forgot, this is Luton, that's not a concern!! Let's charge people to drop off at the terminal, let's charge a non-refundable fee for trolleys, let the 'business/short term' parkers get muddy and wet ..............”

“Parked in the short-stay car park. Bays were not clearly marked out. Lots of dead-ends requiring you to turn around in tight spaces. Over-crowded. Poor surface. Poor signage.”

“It was easy to find the car park as it is very well signposted. Seems like the car park is being expanded so more spaced will be available. Did not wait long for a bus and dropping point at the terminal is right outside. Will use it again, thank you”

“I have returned at 3 am from Spain when I wanted to drive out the barrier Did not open and I have pushed the button but no answer for 10 minutes. And I was standing there and dod not know what to do.”

“Not sure what I expected but what we're used to at Bristol is better because when you turn up to the car park, there are signs leading you to spaces whereas in Luton, whilst a sign said spaces, they were very much few and far between which makes life difficult. I can only imagine that they are working at almost full capacity all the time which is why this is. The buses seem very infrequent for a car park as large as it is, I would expect better to be honest.”

“Customer service was responsive to an issue I had and was able to resolve it quickly and efficiently- much appreciated! Had a problem with my car and had to drive a different one to the airport. They were able to make the change to my existing reservation, allowing me to park and depart without issue. Thanks.”
