Very unhelpful and misleading service by the car park manager when I called to enquire if I could change or cancel my booking. He told me that nothing could be done once a booking had been made which was false information.

Second time this has happened booked on the net but ticket not working and have to speak to assistance admin rubbish

Parking was very full - drove around for quite some time before finding a decent spot. It could do with more road markings (just when you think you've found a spot you realise you can't park there as it's a through-way!) getting in and out was easy enough though.

When I was leaving the car park I put my ticket in the reader at the gate and it said I owed £63.00. I ore-booked and paid. This caused a queue behind me until it was sorted.

You need to factor an extra half hour into your journey to find a space, wait for the bus and for the journey which takes about 15 mins as it stops at several bus stops outside of the car park on the way to the terminal. The return journey was quicker as it was late at night and there were no additional stops but we did have to wait for about 20 mins for the bus.

The service was very straight forward well sign posted. The bus service to airport terminal was frequent and I only waited a couple of minutes for the transfer. I would definitely recommend paying a few pounds extra to use this carpark. I will use this service again in the summer . Thankyou

I made a mistake when booking on line the flight leaving Lanzarote was on the 11th June and arrival in Luton on the 12th,I inadvertently put arrival as 11th.When I arrived at Luton I told the representative admitting the car and he just altered the date.However when I arrived to pick up my car I had to pay a further £ 36 for the booking mistake I had made.The car parking company were fully aware of the flights from Lanzarote on that date and I feel that I was ripped off at a time when I was most vulnerable.I used that parking facility because I am a disabled pensioner despite the fact that it is very expensive,needless to say I shall never use it again. I arrived at the allotted time. A ticket was produced at the barrier, and, on the screen was displayed my name to confirm the ticket was for me. I found a parking space within about 45 seconds of entering the car park. I locked up the car, headed for a shuttle bus pick up point, which was only about 25 yards away. I had to wait only about 2 or 3 minutes for the shuttle bus to arrive, and, although it had to go to several pick up points around the car park, we were back at the terminal in very good time. On my return, a shuttle bus was awaiting me to alight, and, within a very few minutes we set off back to the car park, where my car was still in the same spot, and I was ready to leave. I found the exit very easily thanks to excellent signage, placed my ticket into the machine, which opened the barrier, and I was off home. Altogether, a very stressless experience. Thank you, and I shall use the service again.

Shuttle bus came quickly on both arrival and departure. Only problem was there were very few spaces and the signposting to empty spaces was wrong and no staff were around. I had to drive around the car park for 10mins only to find lots of spaces at back which signs did not point to.

I can't believe you charge people to drop off or pick up passengers. It's infuriating. Give people. 5 minute window at least before extorting them

reasonably efficient parking and shuttle bus to and from terminal. Signage for position of parked car could be improved.

It was very difficult to find a parking space as the car park was very full The buses seem to run frequently I had only a short wait leaving and returning Spaces are very small I would expect lots of damage to car doors by careless people opening there doors I was lucky
