“Second time I have used the parking. I have paid online before and this is the second time I have been unable to exit from the gate.”

“The car park surface was uneven and broken in places. Spaces were not clearly marked. I had to seek assistance to exit as my prepayment was not accepted. Overall a disappointing experience.”

“Mid term car park used and generally good value and a good experience (I was on a day's business trip to Belfast) I'd welcome the ability to just walk to the terminal if the new expansion plans could make this possible. It's only a few hundred meters and it could save waiting for the bus.”

“Did not have to wait for the bus very long. Was able to park very close to the bustop. Only downside was that the machine did not recognise our pre paid ticket and asked us to pay £100 ! be of a shock for 4 days packing. But was sorted very quickly to our satisfaction.”

“I use the Long Term parking at Luton about once every month. I am generally very pleased with the service provided and the location and ease of access. I would have given a 'Very Good' rating but for a small problem on this occasion. I always pre-book but this time the automatic number plate recognition did not read my number plate - probably on entry. I was not recognised and was given a standard ticket. On exit I was faced with an £80 bill for outstanding charges! Fortunately an alert operator on the Assistance button recognised my car registration and let me leave, but not without a few heart-stopping moments. Maybe this needs to be sorted. Otherwise - generally very good.”

“Took 30mins to get from the terminal to the car park because of the infrequency of the buses, would have been far quicker to walk.”

“The parking and the bus service to the terminal met my expectations, however while exiting the car park the barrier machine would not recognise my number plate, prompting me to pay again. So I rang the buzzer and waited for over 5 minutes for some one to answer my call and collect my reservation number before the barrier was raised. I would have given 4 stars had this not been the case. Over all I believe it's good value for money.”
