“Number plate recognition did not work, but quick friendly fix from staff via the help button at the exit gate. Bus to and from was prompt, plenty of car parking spaces available.”

“Whilst access and ease of use is superb, the parking is let down badly by a shoddy surface to the car park with broken tarmac and loose stones. The problem being that once your luggage is out of the car, the stones jam under your baggage wheels and you end up dragging your baggage along with the wheels skidding behind you. Resurface the car park and I would give you 10/10 currently 5/10.”

“Car park is bit like a building site basically fine. I prepaid but the system didn't realise and I had to speak with operator but it was fine. Price for 3 days was good.”

“I have booked on line my parking at the short stay carpark, it was just a short walk to the terminal was great. Exit. Was quick and simple, no problems. Les Bevis”

“Pre booked parking. All very seamless. Number plate was recognised on entry and exit. Unfortunately the 1st barrier we tried to use for exit wasn't working. The 2nd was fine. Much quicker and easier than waiting for bus transfers.”

“The Luton short term parking is very expensive - more so than an inclusive hotel stay & parking or valet parking however it is very convenient with only a short walk from the car to the terminal and no waiting around on the return. I will definitely use this parking again”

“I love the convenience of the mid term car park. However: - the ground is uneven and I've tripped over there more than once - the barrier system doesn't seem to be tied into the pre-booking system - I'm not sure I've ever been let out automatically, I always have to ask for assistance. - I'd like to know how long I have to wait until the next bus (especially in long term). I know that they go very regularly, but live signage would be nice. - Signage to the nearest bus stop would be great, especially when it's late, or when you have old people with you who aren't as mobile as they used to be.”

“Great location really close to Airport, just a few minutes walk. The number plate recognition system didn't work, but this was swiftly resolved at the exit barrier by quoting our booking reference.”

“Excellent. No people to see. No body coming to ask for anything. Safe and secure. Left the car and collected from safe place. On arrival the ticket machine recognized my vehicle.Recommended.”

“It's miserable walking from the short stay car park into the terminal building in bad weather, especially if you're on the far side of the car park. I felt very jealous of the people waiting for the buses to the other car parks, which would have cost far less. The car park really, really needs sheltered walkways - like they have in Aberdeen and many others.”
