“too expensive, mid term car park has very poor surface and lighting. your rates are way above other european airports. Put some money back into a new surface and lighting. Bus not as frequent at night too”

“Have used the Priority parking several times now and would definitely recommend it. The staff are welcoming whether it is early morning or late night. Great value for money.”

“Good value - very close to the terminal. Our battery was flat when we got back, but the parking staff came round to restart the car in about 2 mins. Excellent service”

“On the whole it was great. Close to airport for 2night stay well priced , only let down was when we put ticker in to exit we we're told by machine we owed over £100.00 . This was quickly sorted by speaking to machine attendant but after 4 hour journey home not what you need. Will definitely use again.”

“The carpark was tidy enough and the transfers were quick, however both times that I have left the car park I have received an over stay fee of £180 even though I have been an hour within the time I have pre-booked. It only took a push of a button to talk to a member of staff who checked my booking and lifted the barrier. Solve the overstay and lower the prices and it would easily be 5*”

“Quick transfer, no waiting, would score Very Good but would say that Lighting in Carpark a little poor and had to push for assistance as NPR camera didn't pick up on our Vehicle Registration. however no issues in finding our pre book info. Otherwise would say that it is my "best parking Experience" of any UK London Airport. Value for Money was excellent.”

“despite having prepaid for my parking.On trying to leave the barrier it showed that I apparently owed 4 times the original amount. I was reassured eventually because I heard that other people were having the same problem and it was some sort of error. I wonder how many people paid was wrongly demanded?”

“I prepaid for the short stay car park. On my return I knew I had not overstayed my booked time as I had about 4 hours to spare. However when I put my ticket into the barrier it told me I owed £108.00!! I was travelling alone and went back into the car park to find my email and a phone number. When I was unable to find a number I drove up to the barrier again and inserted my ticket. This time I buzzed for help and finally sorted it our and was allowed out of the carpark. This took about 40 minutes. I then had to drive 3.5 hours home , not the best parking experience I have had”

“Car park is the closest you will get to the terminal, just a short walk away, lots of spaces at reasonable cost if you pre-book.”
