“Used the medium distance carpark. Easy to book Easy to get to Near the terminal Buses were fine. Both going to airport and returning Barrier opened fine at exit and entrance. At entrance it showed my name too so I knew it had recognised my car.”

“Very straight forward if you prebook online; just drive into mid term parking on the way into the airport and take a ticket, put the ticket in the machine as you drive out job done. The busses are pretty frequent and it is very quick to get to the terminal doors. Airport parking is pretty boring to he honest and this one has nothing to make it any different but its quick and it works.”

“I felt it was quite expensive, and there was no price difference between long and mid stay. Although advertised that the busses come every 8-10 mins, we were waiting for 15mins for ours.”

“Pre paid for 5 days - at barrier to leave machine did not recognise I had prepaid said I owed £180 Ten minutes later they let me out !”

“location was really convenient for terminal building and good value for money. booking, arrival and departure was seamless. car park surface needs attention as quite a few pot holes - one of which i hit”

“easy - very polite as well!! I was even welcomed by name when entering car park - magic. How does that work? Bus transfer was quick both ways too.”

“Website easy to use and resulting documentation very adequate. A minor gripe is that the site recommends booking as soon as possible to get best prices. I tried in December for a booking in August but the site wouldn't let me. Maybe I was too early and nobody could give me a date when available. But in January tried again and everything ok.”

“We got a great deal on short-term parking. It was easy to book online and to park, and very convenient. However, what let it down was when exiting the car park, it did not recognise that it was a pre-paid parking. I therefore had to ring for assistance to give my booking reference. Given it was midnight, it was pretty frustrating to have to wait for 5min for someone to respond and let us out. Not the end of the world but it's been like this for years at Luton and is just unnecessary given technology today.”
