Short stay car park is poorly designed with dead ends in some rows, making it difficult to find a space.

Buses to terminal are frequent enough, but there seemed to be little advantage going for the long stay car park nearer the terminal. Booking a week in advance is much cheaper than a couple of days beforehand - almost half the price for my 2 day stay. Overall good, but not brilliant as far as airport parking goes.

Worked perfectly, reasonably priced, and near the terminal. Better than meet & greet since human error is largely eliminated. Will use again.

The booking and payment system was easy and straight forward but pedestrian access from the mid-term parking area to the terminal is very poor and indirect. This should be improved.

I pre-paid for my parking. Apart from being told by the ticket machine that i needed to pay everything was fine. It only took a quick talk with the staff there and then it was all sorted out. It was Conveniently close to the terminal and not bad value for money

Tarmac broken up, worn bay markings, some bays unusable due to pot holes and flooding. Very difficult to manoeuvre in and out of due to close proximity of opposite bays. No covered way between car park and terminal, fortunately it was not raining/snowing. On a positive note the directions to the carpark on the website were good.

Easy to book, easy to find, easy to walk to the terminal. You just need instil the same principles into the baggage reclaim areas

The service was very good, the bus driver was very helpful when we got there very early in the morning and waited for us when he saw us just arriving and waited for us to park the car. And finally he told us to make a note of the bus stop number so we will be able to find the car quickly on our return which was this afternoon.

Due to an accident on the motorway we ended up missing out flight. We had pre-booked parking from Friday until Sunday. We managed to get another flight on the Saturday and I was informed that because we had left the car park the booking no longer stood and so I had to do another booking for the car park. It is ridiculous that the original booking did not stay as we would still be using the car park for the original time frame.

Parking area was clean and well organised, transfer to the terminal was quick. Only signage from main road to the Parking was very poor, also road surface was not in the best condition. Overall experience was good ;o)

- Expensive as there is no competition - used to pay £5 / day at Luton airport and thought that was expensive. It's now £13 if you pre-book (£20 "at the gate").....just for one day!!!!! - Buses are too infrequent. - Bus stops are open and therefore cold, windy and freezing. - Bus drivers are often miserable. - Getting on/off at just one door creates problems and is ridiculous - an example, on the bus yesterday I was the only person and was sitting at the front. As the bus arrived at the stop, rather than open the front door, the driver insisted I walk back to the other door to get off the bus - what difference does it make when you are the only person on the bus??? CRAZY!!! - Bus stop at the terminal is a disgrace - full of filthy smokers! - Where the buses stop, you have to walk to the terminal, not a problem if it's nice weather but not great when it's cold, wet and windy at this time of year! - It's been made almost impossible to walk to the terminal - the road has fences all the way along it so you cannot cross where you want. - The CCTV is there to fine drivers dropping passengers off - nothing wrong with dropping off (we've been doing it for years without problems), except some little Hitler thinks they can fine drivers £80 for doing it!!! Advice - go to Heathrow or Gatwick - customer/passenger friendly airports and car parks!!!

Meet and greet parking is an excellent service, quick and convenient. Staff are efficient and polite. Would have given it a very good rating but the cost of this service compared to other airports for our dates was considerably more.

Frequent problems when leaving short stay with the machines not recognising mine and other cars. This means having to ask to be let out which can take time. On occasions all lanes have been blocked for some time.
