“Every time i pre-book the barrier does not recognise my number plate so i have to press the help button at the barrier whilst someone confirms i have pre-book and opens the barrier - why????”

“Good directions to find the car park. Plenty of spaces. Well lit on return as it was dark. However, there was a queue to exit as the machine was not accepting anyone's ticket. The help button was answered instantly, and we were told there was a fault and apology offered. The barrier raised once confirmation of reference number or name was given.”

“We booked online. Everything went swimmingly until it came to exit the car park and we found we owed something like £120! Luckily someone answered the buzzer gone midnight and sorted it all out for us.”

“Very good service, only thing was my booking confirmation stated that the ticket would state my car registration but it didn't so this panicked me a bit but after speaking to a very helpful member of staff he said that that wasn't always the case and if they tried to charge me on my exit then I should just press the help button and state my booking reference which I had to do.”

“So close to airport, an excellent place to park. Bays not marked out very well and its a little difficult to find the exit, could do with more signs that you can read, but for ease of booking and parking, and getting out with our ticket, great.”

“The pre-booking made everything very easy and quick. It was also much cheaper than the actual price, and we were able to park closer to the airport with no need to take the bus. Recommended.”

“Short term car park for 4 nights. Very good location to airport, relatively easy to find. Pre booked cost was ok, if I'd have paid on arrival then the cost would have been an absolute disgrace, £180!!! Machine didn't recognise my pre book so showed me full cost, wonder how many actually pay it. Condition of car park is just wasteland really, no lines, lots of potholes. Just about scraped normal rating.”
