“The car park surface needs to be a hard surface, i.e. tarmacadam The ticket areas need to have some form of roof covering”

“Good location and quick access by bus. Signage in the car park itself isn't very good. Spaces arent clearly outlined so sometimes space is wasted.”

“Very pleased with the parking and bus experience, but disappointed with the vehicle recognition as it didn't recognise the pre booked space.Fortunately I had my reservation code to hand otherwise it would have cost me another£20 plus.”

“I paid £22.99 for an online booking from Thursday Jan 22nd to Sunday Jan 25th and when I put my ticket in the slot at the barrier it told me I had to pay £108! Fortunately I pressed the intercom and was let out so no great problem after all.”

“We use the mid term carpark as it is very easy to find once you enter the airport. There has never been a problem finding a parking space and we have never waited more than a few minutes for a bus to take us to the terminal.”

“Parking was easy to book and service was easy once we got to the airport. Very Professional service and nice to know our car did not leave the airport gounds as well as being under the watchful eyes of the sites cameras. On such a cold night it would have been seen as going the extra mile if the car had been warmed up as our arrival time was set - it is not a moan - just would have been a nice extra touch to have had the car started and therefore not freezing. But will definitley use again although it is a tad pricey.”

“Straightofrward and good value when booking online. However the condition of the car park is poor. Pot holes, no proper bays...feels like wasteland! Worst airport car park I use. Poor signage relating to pathways (direction signs but no access info out of the car park).”

“ok price for what it was. Failed to pick up my number plate on leaving. Unpleasant to have £85 bill after already paying. Quickly sorted and.on our way. Is what it is £55 to park you car for 4 days parking. And a bus lift to and from the airport”

“Luton Longstay - on the bus on your return there is no announcement of which stops you are passing. You have to be vigilent and see your stop coming and press the stop button in time. There were no instructions to that effect and I missed my stop. Begrudgingly, I was taken to my stop after everyone else had got off the bus. At Heathrow and Stansted the bus driver gives instructions over the PA and tells you which stop you are approaching. They should do this at Luton as well.”

“Winter holiday, quick to find a space, prompt bys service to terminal (mid-stay). On return found that battery was flat on the car. Incredibly helpful staff managed to jump start it for me and facilitated a stress free journey home!”
