Car parking and shuttle buses fine. I was refused exit with the machine telling me I owed £160. I had pre-paid, was within the time limits and had the paperwork. No reply from the 'Assistance' button so I drove to Customer Services where the female member of staff could not have been more offhand if she tried . 'Sorry about that' would have been fine but a shrug and 'it happens' did not really help.

Booked Mid-Term parking for a week and seemed good value for money. The bus service was frequent and was easy to board with a wheelchair as the buses have disabled access via the middle doors. The parking compound was secure and seemed well lite. The compound is set out with a letter and number reference so you can find your car again on your return easy enough. The only issue, which is nothing to do with Luton Airport Parking, is how some people choose to park their cars, not leaving proper space or seemingly abandoning their car rather than find a space further into the compound and parking more courteously for others.

Absolutely flawless - arrived slightly earlier without problems, and left slightly earlier without problems too. Was able to find a space quickly and the bus to the terminal was nice and quick, too!

We got a good price on a non-refundable deal in the mid stay, parked straight opposite the entrance/exit and 30 yards from the bus stop. The bus arrived immediately and we were at the terminal door within 8 minutes of arriving in the car park.

Mid-stay is convenient, easy to find and close to the terminal. The bus service is good and frequent, with very helpful and careful drivers. To improve the car park I suggest the following: 1. Tarmac the entire parking area. I do not expect to park on gravel and large stones for the price paid. 2. Create and signpost a pedestrian route to the terminal. Many customers would like to walk before or after what could be a long flight. 3. Electronically tag the buses, so when they depart the terminal, a sign in the car park waiting rooms advises the ETA of the next bus.

Parking was very simple and transport from the carpark to the terminal building was very good. I felt my car was secure whilst away unlike other carparks I kept my keys. Overall very good value for money.

Everything fine until we put card in machine on the way out and it said we owed £180. IRS the second time this has happened, the operate rat the end of help button dealt with it very quickly.

found it quickly. Only thing I dislike is having to pay for collecting someone, totally unnecessary.
