Spaces were very tight, but overall a very good experience, except when we came to leave we had a bit of a shock as the machine said we needed to pay but we had already prepaid. Wasn't to much of a problem as we pressed for assistant and they checked our booking and let us out.

Good value when booking early. Difficult to find a space when we arrived on the 20th (v. unusual!) On return, large queue at the airport for the long stay bus, but supervisor managed to get some people on the car hire and staff bus which helped.

No space in bus ..... Many customers need wait for another one.

The Mid Term car park worked a treat, turned up recognised car took ticket. Shuttle bus worked (only issue is at airport terminal the bus stop is exposed so not so good in rain - needs canopy extending). Returned 7 days later drove to barrier put ticket in slot and hey presto up went the barrier. Again only issue was there were six cars in front of us and everyone had issues at the barrier so exit took nearly 10 minutes. As above we got to barrier, ticket in slot, up went barrier so what was wrong with all the cars in front who knows. But what is known is the area is clearly covered by CCTV and guess what - not one member of the car park staff got off their cosy office backside and came to assist -perhaps they shrink in the rain? Customer service at it's worst unfortunately . Of coarse this would have been assisted had both exit barriers have been working but needless to say one was coned off so not only car delayed but the shuttle bus. I suspect it's nor uncommon so why no staff on hand?

Overall a very good service, but let down by the length of wait for the bus on our return, circa 20-30 minutes.

Always use this service, very reliable and safe, although sometimes frequency of buses varies, but this is a minor problem to an otherwise excellent good value service, particularly if you book well in advance.

It would have been a little more helpful if they repainted their road signs as the pink colour on most signs was badly faded especially that "pink" is not a strong colour in itself so being refreshed would have been an advantage otherwise good but inside the buses it would have been useful that if at each stop within the parking area some visible notification was available showing what lanes that stop is serving.

Good value and convenient location within short distance of terminal buildings. It's just a shame Luto charges for everything they can including plastic bags!

Car parking and shuttle buses fine. I was refused exit with the machine telling me I owed £160. I had pre-paid, was within the time limits and had the paperwork. No reply from the 'Assistance' button so I drove to Customer Services where the female member of staff could not have been more offhand if she tried . 'Sorry about that' would have been fine but a shrug and 'it happens' did not really help.

Booked Mid-Term parking for a week and seemed good value for money. The bus service was frequent and was easy to board with a wheelchair as the buses have disabled access via the middle doors. The parking compound was secure and seemed well lite. The compound is set out with a letter and number reference so you can find your car again on your return easy enough. The only issue, which is nothing to do with Luton Airport Parking, is how some people choose to park their cars, not leaving proper space or seemingly abandoning their car rather than find a space further into the compound and parking more courteously for others.

Absolutely flawless - arrived slightly earlier without problems, and left slightly earlier without problems too. Was able to find a space quickly and the bus to the terminal was nice and quick, too!
