“No problems entering car park, however, on return we had to use help button as even though we had pre-booked barrier would not let us out and we were asked to pay £128. This was remedied by a very courteous gentleman who took our details, confirmed our booking and let us out. Did not have to wait long for a bus to the airport either.”

“Our outgoing journey was fine with buses running about every twenty minutes. However, on our return we had to wait for 30 minutes in the cold and wet while other buses to mid term car park and staff buses came and went continually. When the bus finally arrived there were a lot of passengers with luggage waiting to get onboard so it was a bit chaotic. At each stop there was a delay while passengers disembarked and others got on. This was at about midday on the 4th October.”

“This was my 1st time parking at luton airport and was really surprised when i pulled up and found it was not even a normal parking road i.e flat and concrete , it was stoney, rubbley and i was not very pleased considering i normaly park at stansted airport when flying and there car park is alot better, the only good thing was the airport was good and easy.”
