Excellant service from dropping off the car to picking it back up. So easy & stress free, would highly recommend & certainly use again.

The best drop off and pick up I have experienced. Arrived at drop off, immediate polite and courteous attention, car inspected for marks and damage, asked to check mileage, signed up and away I went to the main terminal. Returned a week laterat 1 am. My colleagues were phoning and trying to make contact with their 'Meet and Greet' vehicle custodians. They were green with envy to watch me walk out of the terminal and straight to my car. No fuss, no delay....it works. Great service, just the way it should be. Well done.

Your auto barrier camera can not red my number plate on my Toyota Celica - so have always to contacy help to get out of car park

Pre-booked parking was, as usual, excellent. The only slight issue I ever seem to have is dependent on which entry barrier I use. The ANPR on the right-hand entry lane is a little "suspect". When using the left-hand lane, the machine always spits out the ticket with my name appearing on-screen "Welcome Mr xxx". On the right-hand lane, 50% of the time the ANPR fails to recognize the car's registration number - I always know when this will be a problem because screen doesn't display my name in the welcome message - then I know that I'll have to press the assistance button when I exit (as the pre-booking isn't recognized). But this doesn't detract from a very efficient bus service, friendly drivers etc. :)

General standard fo car park was poor, little or no signage, poor condition of the tarmac, no confidence in using the car park in near future

Transport to and from the long term cr park was good. However, there are very few bus stops and the nearest one was a very long way and up a flight of steps from where we had to park. This is not great when it is pouring with rain. Also this is very inconsiderate for people with disabilities or the elderly.

The booking/payment/confirmation process was easy and faultless The parking itself was also faultless, as was the shuttle service from Business Parking to Terminal One However on flying back in to Terminal One and heading to the labelled bus stop for the shuttle service back to Business Parking, things became frustrating and complicated A workman advised me that I should check if the bus was still scheduled to stop at the labelled stop, as the road was closed for late night works. There were no signs or people to ask or anything - luckily another passenger had a Parking phone number which he called and was advised to go back upstairs as the bus would be calling at Departures level and NOT Arrivals level at the labelled bus stop. I don't know what I would have done had I been on my own - it was approaching midnight and unacceptable that there was no signage or ANYTHING to advise that the labelled bus stop would not be used and the correct bus stop was on a completely different level

Friendly staff, very efficient. We arrived, booked our vehicle in at the kiosk, gave the keys to the attendant and left our vehicle at the kiosk to be parked by the attendant. On our return we walked to the kiosk, collected our keys and our vehicle was parked opposite. The whole service was efficient and quick. Excellent. We will use the service again if using Luton Airport.

Wham I entered on Sunday evening, the system didn't recognize my number plate . As I travel frequently, it normally would display 'Hi Mr White' it didn't this time. When I returned yesterday, it was me for full payment rather than returning my ticket as I was pre-booked. I had to buzz though to the rep to let me past as she could see my booking.. Not too painful but not seemly as per usual.

Short-term car park surface very poor Pre-paid, but no regognition of this when leaving . As it was dark did not see the call button, so went in search of help. Delayed my journey home.

Had to change my plans and spend longer away - contacted customer services who advised that I could not extend my booking and take advange of lower prices - I had to pay the full daily rate making it extremely expensive.

Three negatives: the surface of car park is in poor condition, making pushing a trolley difficult. Two pounds for a trolley is a rip-off. And the exit barrier NEVER recognises the fact that I have pre-paid, so I always have to buzz the attendant.

No problems entering car park, however, on return we had to use help button as even though we had pre-booked barrier would not let us out and we were asked to pay £128. This was remedied by a very courteous gentleman who took our details, confirmed our booking and let us out. Did not have to wait long for a bus to the airport either.

Our outgoing journey was fine with buses running about every twenty minutes. However, on our return we had to wait for 30 minutes in the cold and wet while other buses to mid term car park and staff buses came and went continually. When the bus finally arrived there were a lot of passengers with luggage waiting to get onboard so it was a bit chaotic. At each stop there was a delay while passengers disembarked and others got on. This was at about midday on the 4th October.

This was my 1st time parking at luton airport and was really surprised when i pulled up and found it was not even a normal parking road i.e flat and concrete , it was stoney, rubbley and i was not very pleased considering i normaly park at stansted airport when flying and there car park is alot better, the only good thing was the airport was good and easy.
