“We had to wait half an hour in the rain to get a bus from Airport to the car park on our return. They were rammed full and customers were left waiting. The wait seemed excessive - twice as long as suggested in your literature. One of the drivers from the medium term parking buses ( which were much more frequent and all nearly empty) informed us that the long term parking was busy because there were so many customers. On a Saturday afternoon that doesn't seem that surprising! - Perhaps more drivers were needed.”
