Even though had prebooked and prepayed on exiting carpark it demanded payment Had to call and give booking reference, this happens very often, tooooo often

Very good airport parking facility. There car park is easy to find and there is a good bus transfer service. However, better directions to the available parking spaces would be an improvement.

Booked throught website, but at the barrier the camera did not even read my number plate corretcly, so the machine gives me a ticket with wrong number plate.

Service is typically very good. I would like to see a car wash option so I can get my car back nice and clean :-)

I have a couple of comments. First, although I always pre-pay my parking in the short stay car park, when I exit the ticket machine NEVER recognises this and I have to contact the office to explain I've pre-paid. This has been going on for 2 years now! Why can't we just insert the ticket and drive out? Also, I think Luton Airport should re-surface the short term car park. The surface is terrible, it's pot holed and broken up and yet we are expected to pay up over £40 per day for this!

WHEN WE RETURNED BACK , ON TIME ! WE WERE TOLD WE OWED £144.00 , THIS CAUSED A LOT OF DISTRESS AS IT WAS 1 AM AND DARK AND DAMP , ANOTHER COUPLE ALSO FOUND THEY OWED OVER £400 , A CHAT WITH YOUR GUY IN THE OFFICE ENSUED AND HE ALLOWED US OUT AFTER CHECKING OUR BOOKING REF NUMBER, WE HOPED THE COUPLE BEHIND ALSO WERE OK , BUT IT WAS A SYSTEM GLITCH AND AS WE KNEW WE WERE ON TIME AND WOULD OWE NOTHING WE WERE QUITE PLEASED , SO A SHAME A GOOD STAR HAD TO BE REPLACED BY A NORMAL ONE , HOWEVER IF WE WOULD HAVE TO PAID THE AMOUNT YOUR SYSTEM CLAIMED WE OWED IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A VERY POOR STAR.THANKS TO THE CHAP IN THE CONTROL ROOM WHO WAS POLITE AND VERY EFFICIENT ,HOPE THE GLITCH IS SORTED AS I AM SURE WE WILL TRY YOUR CAR PARKS AGAIN IN THE FUTURE .

The car park was close. But, on our arrival back at the airport, we just missed a bus for the mid-term car park and two buses for the long term car park left before another bus arrived for the mid-term car park.

Overall good however finding a space took a while and if it is raining it is not a pleasant walk to the terminal.

Parked in the mid term car park for two weeks although busy managed to find a spot quickly. Only problem new bus shelters have gaps and the wind whistles through making it very chilly

We need Disabled parking and found a space quickly and easily at Luton Airport. Buses were convenient and efficient. A good experience . Thank you.

All was good until I wanted to go out. I put the ticket in the machine...and though I was half an hour before ending of booked time, received a message that I need to pay for an outstanding sum... After pushed the button for assistance, the barrier lifted and drove off but I was not sure if I can leave or should waiting for somebody to clear me out... Call again, for confirmation. Little bit stressful :(

On arriving and eventually finding a place to park at your long term carpark ,I felt that the lighting could have been better .On returning to Luton from our holiday and arriving in baggage collection area I thought the signage for indicating which belt to go to was second to useless .After finding our cases we then went out to find the bus to take us to the carpark .there was already about 25 people with luggage waiting in the pouring rain ,luckily I had an umbrella ,but most of the others just got wet ,little or no protection afforded to the people .We waited nearly half an hour ,and I saw a number of buses,but only one for LONG TERM PARKING which the driver changed his destination on coming round the roundabout to OUT OF SERVICE ,then continued into the pick up area and then out again .When I told the next bus driver of this ,he just said "Oh! he must have been out of his time for driving ".My question is ",do feel that this is a suitable way to treat people.Also my wife hurt her foot walking on the large stones in the carpark.

Pre-paid for parking but then I had to sit at the barrier on the Friday evening for 5 mins beeping my horn and ringing the security desk using the machine as it was requesting £72.00 I then had to double check that I had booked it for the right dates and times which I had. Eventually somebody answered the telecom and took my surname before lifting the barrier.

ticket barrier did not recognise pre payment but was resolved after speaking on intercom although no apology given.there was clearly a systematic problem because at least 3 other cars had same problem whilst i was delayed for 5 minutes

the barrier system works well with pre-paid booking etc so no issues there but an overall very poor rating is given due to the terrible condition of the tarmac at luton short stay. It is pot holed, loose tarmac, uneven surface, puddles, the surface is so far detrioriated you cannot wheel a suitcase across it and instead have to carry your luggage.
