“I found the service to be excellent. I was out of the terminal building at around 12:30am on 3 October 2014 and took a bus within 6 minutes to the long term car park and was out of the car park in less than 5 minutes!”

“We used the priority drop of as we had disabled family members with us. The service was fast, polite, efficient and we were on our way in no time. The drop of point is closer to the terminal than the regular drop of so its a really short walk to departures. Collection was just as simple, the car was ready and waiting for us when we returned. Excellent no worry service, I would absolutely use it again.”

“The overall experience including the courtesy bus was good, though we did not appreciate parking on gravel - at the other airports that we have used, the whole parking area is tarmaced.”

“there seems to be only one transfer bus operating at this time of year, this meant a long wait on my return. I'd suggest that in the summer months there are two buses. Otherwise I would have said the service was excellent”

“1/ Difficult to find a parking space. 2/ Driver on return journey was surly and uncommunicative to the point we thought he was being deliberately unhelpful. 3/ Despite having bought my parking ticket in advance and leaving in plenty of time before the expiration time the machine wanted to charge us £80.”

“Great parking but could do with signs directing you to spaces. Signs that were out directed us to bays that were all ready taken otherwise great hassle free the only other thing is the waiting time for the bus to and from the terminal took a while to come otherwise all good”

“Good parking. I had booked in advance for £40 for 2 days. When I put in my ticket at the exit it displayed a SHOCKING £1080 !!!!!!!! that was a total shock and was not happy as I know the system did recognise on entry that I had pre-booked. To me this is not acceptable in this day and age.”

“We landed at 22.30 and did have to wait for a long time for a bus. Another man said he often lands at that time and the buses are often late. Apart from that it was all good. (We had to wait 20 mins or more)”
