“+: smooth entry/exit process; close to terminal -: surface can get messy in rain; directions to/from terminal could be better”

“Given the price you pay for the privilage of using THEIR Airport Parking you would think they would make the Car Park surface flat, no potholes with associated puddles and sufficient lighting so as not need to iluminate your way using your phone carera light Dangerous take the bus or taxi from home”

“Other Airports offer the same service but with the option of having your car washed prior to collection for a few pounds more - this is a nice touch that would have changed my view to Very Good - why dont you offer this??”

“As good as it can be for a car park on the edges of an airport. Pluses were; well signposted, good clean buses for transfer, bus stops close to terminal. Could do better; unsmiling bus driver who looked like he'd rather be somewhere else and loose gravelled surface of car park. Would book again though as good value.”

“Short term car park is well located & convenient for terminal. If you pre-book & pay in advance, it represents good value. If not, cost is prohibitive. The instructions said my car would be recognised on arrival but it wasn't so on departure, when I inserted ticket into barrier, it didn't open. Instead, it said please pay £108! Thankfully, an operator answered the assistance button immediately & when I quoted my booking ref they released the barrier for me. It's a system glitch that needs to be sorted but the service overall is good and I would definitely use it again.”

“Long wait for the bus on the return leg...... otherwise good. New buses are a big improvement, maybe you now need to upgrade the drivers!”
