Long wait for the bus on the return leg...... otherwise good. New buses are a big improvement, maybe you now need to upgrade the drivers!

Very quick! It took me 12 minutes to start getting out of the car to getting through security check!!!! Is that a record at 7.00am on a Monday morning.

It couldn't be easier parking in the Long Term Car Park. Lots of spaces and not far to walk to the nearest bus stop. We didn't have to wait long for a bus on departure or on arrival. We will use this car park again

A majority of the occasions that I use the car park the plate recognition fails and then you wait for someone to answer the button and then go through the "what's your reference number". All this normally when it's dark and you're left stranded looking for a number. I have a new car with standard plates that are clean. Why have NPR if it doesn't work?

Convenient location, good quality buses, but the bus shelter is totally inadequate protection from the heavy rain - the roof leaks, the floor is completely awash, the seats are unusable - fortunately the buses come frequently!

Convienient and safe parking. Frequent shuttle bus enables getting to and from terminal quickly. Reliable service.

I haven't parked yet and have had to double book myself as my flight got changed and I couldn't add an additional day onto my booking. I can at Heathrow and Stansted.

not the best kept car park, lots of large pot holes and not very near the terminal building - depending on where you have to park. Even the disabled car park is still a pretty long walk for some people.

I always prebook the short stay car park as it's better value for money and generally quite busy. The car park is in need of a bit of love and care, but can normally find a space quickly. It is good when the ANPR cameras at the entrance barrier work, but a nuisance when they don't, as it results in long queues of cars each having to speak to an operator when trying to exit.

The bus frequence to and from the Long Park Stay could be better and now that the size of the parking space has doubled, even more important. It's also very irritating if after a long wait, the bus is full and you are forced to another long wait for the next to arrive. At the same time you can see the entrance to the airport just on the other side of the fence, a few hundred yards away...

The car park is badly paved, badly lit, badly signposted and above all we had to wait 45 minutes to get out as none of the machines worked. Unacceptable

Pick up and drop off charges are a rip off. They doubled from £1 to £2 whereas even Heathrow offers free pick up and drop off even in their newest terminals. Shame those people who left their comments don't seem to be aware of this service's history.

Amazing morning today at Luton Airport Drop Off. Parked for less than 10 minutes with my 8 months pregnant wife to drop off a friend. When I came back the car was being towed away ... with the hand break on ... car alarm went on ... £180 fine because I left my car unattended. YOUR SIGNS DO NOT SAY I HAVE TO ATTEND MY CAR FOR THE 15 MINUTES I'M PAYING FOR! Any Parking I've seen applies fines after the paid/allowed parking time. I'll let you know the answer to my complain. Ridiculous!

The barrier would not let me out, in fact it demanded a £100+ ecess parking fee - despite the fact that the parking had been pre-booked and pre-paid. As it happens the operator at the car park was able to override the system and I could continue on my way. So, great personal service let down by the technology on this occassion it seems.... otherwise I would have rated as very good!

Because the car-park is all electronic and automated, I was unable to amend my booking - instead I had to pay excess day charges; really not impressed by this. Car park itself was easy enough to use once there.

although we pre-book and pre-pay every time we book, we can never get out of the car park once we have returned to our car. Put the ticket in and it says you owe money (This time £144!!!) it was 1.45 in the morning it was cold and we were tired, along with many others who had the same problem. This has happened to us about 99% of the time when booking. There is something very wrong with your system if it keeps happening.
