Online experience good ...very easy. The actual car park is awful. Lots of muddy potholes and no pedestrian walkways. Parking is not under cover and the walk to the terminal is through a bit of a minefield.

The car park location is great. The car park itself is awful. No tarmac, no parking lines, no clear signs of where you parked. If you compare this to Stansted you'll think you've parked in some building site.

Parking easy really only 5 minutes to enter the terminal, return just as easy. The exit process was made more difficult by a large Mercedes being right in the exit route. The Polish driver was rude and aggressive but did not move to allow other vehicles to pass easily. Is this a regular location for car drivers to loiter whilst awaiting a client ?

Straightforward and convenient. Ample amount of parking and the shuttle bus service was frequent and fast

Even though the ticket barrier picked up my number plate correctly it did not allow us to leave automatically. We had to wait on hold while a rude lady finally let us through.

Good price and good location. It is very convenient to book in advance in order to have some discount, but several time the plate of my car is mis-read by the camera, and I need to contact the assistance to open the barrier while leaving.

Easy, efficient. Would be better if it was explained at booking that car data will appear on ticket on entry and therefore facilitate exit

Allows double bookings and refunds are impossible to get back. Contact with anyone is incredibly difficult too. When booking, make sure you check all the booking details thoroughly as mistakes are very painful to rectify (if at all).

Good value pre-booking short stay parking for 3 day business trip to Scotland. Experience let down by failure of auto recognition on entry to car parking resulting in frustrating delay on exit. Short stay carpark would also benefit from re-surfacing and better bay marking...

Easy access into the parking area, only gripe was that at stupid o' clock in the morning, the wait for the bus felt like hours. I used to park in the Long Term area, now for a couple of £'s extra, I will use the Mid Term area.

The access is very easy. Buses all the time to the terminal. But car spaces are not very easy to see, it is not paved.

We prepaid but the car was not recognised at the car park entrance so were held-up on our return. The short-term car park is in desperate need of major works (resurfacing at a minimum) and some covered walkway would be good.

Like all airports - parking charges are exorbitant especially when needing to park for short periods of time. I drop off and collect my husband every 5/6 weeks and feel as if I am being robbed each time and have no other option to park else where. To add insult to injury - the parking area is in very very poor condition and not really fit for purpose...

Car parking was ok. The ticket machine on exit was working this morning! Normally I have to get through to someone via the buzzer to open the barrier. I always prepay for parking however the cameras don't recognise the car reg plate and then when I put in the ticket, I normally get a notice that £108 or some such figure is due for payment! The first time this happened, I paid it! My mother was dying of cancer in Ireland and I was travelling weekly. I didnt get round to querying it - just let it go. It does get a bit irritating when it happens each time - however one of the parking staff in the office explained that the camera was not recognising the reg plate. Apart from that - all good. I like the short term parking, it is really helpful to me when travelling so much. It's great now that there is not a huge queue going into the car park. Thank you Warmest regards Helen Forbes

Given the price you pay for the privilage of using THEIR Airport Parking you would think they would make the Car Park surface flat, no potholes with associated puddles and sufficient lighting so as not need to iluminate your way using your phone carera light Dangerous take the bus or taxi from home
