It would be nice to see Luton Airport investing some of the fortune that they make on the car park - and the £2 drop off zone - on resurfacing the short stay car park. It is in a disgusting state, with water filled craters and unmarked bays. Maybe they could even bring it into the 21st century by having signage that tells you where the spaces are. Then it would be truly worth the premium!

2-3 walk from the airport, fantastic and no busses! Reg plate recognition so extremely easy and very quick exit. Definitely will use agin.

YOU NEED YOUR BOOKING REFERENCE WHEN RETURNING AFTER A WHILE ON HOLIDAY YOU FORGET ;;; WHY THE PLATE REGISTRATION IS NOT A REFERENCE TO LIFT THE BARRIER,, PLEASE ADD DIRECTION SIGN BETWEEN THE FIRST ROUNDABOUT AND THE FINAL ONE ;;; IT IS NOT OBVIOUS AT 6:00 AM ,,, THEN WHERE CAN WE GET A BILL WHEN PRE BOOKING NOT OBVIOUS NEITHER WHY DO YOU SEND IT BY EMAIL AFTER THE PAYMENT IS DONE

Easy to find car park, plenty of space to park and only waited 5mins for bus to terminal. Bus drops you outside the terminal and away from all the hustle and bustle of the drop off/Pick up area. Would definitely use again.

I was forced to cancel my trip due to a family emergency. This was easy to do and the charge was refunded promptly and without hassle. However I then received an e-mail with the subject line "Welcome home – how was your parking experience?" As is so often the case, the service itself is fine - we've used Luton Airport parking many times and been happy with it - but the customer feedback experience is woefully lacking. It's a shame you can't give feedback on the feedback process. :)

Priority onsite is expensive. It is situated next to the terminal, easy drop off and collect and is a great way to travel. Recommended.

The automatic number plate recognition system never works. I have used this car park circa 12 times over the past year and only on one occasion did it recognise my number plate. You then have to wait a long time for the attendant to pick up the call.

Easy enough online; be careful to leave a margin of time after your planned arrival to cater for plane or customs delays because if you go over time it will cost a whole lot. Pretty good overall although the short stay parking lot needs to be resurfaced; it is very rough.

As a regular user of the Luton Airport Short term parking my experience is that, even though I pre book, it is about 50% of the time that the cameras recognise the number plate. When the number plate has not recognised there is a considerable delay at the exit barrier whilst waiting for someone to respond, check the booking and open the barrier.

I have arrived back to Luton in the dark when it was raining; due to the number of people already waiting for the bus I did not have room under the rain shelter and I got socked. The car park is quite poorly lit the bus drop off stops are not visible from the bus in the dark. The number plate recognition system incorrectly identified my car at entry (and printed the wrong number plate on my ticket) When exiting the car park the machine wanted to charge me the full drive in fee for the pre-paid parking; pressing the help/ call button was not picked up by an operator for over 2 minutes - creating a queue behind me of angry drivers beeping the car horns.
