Perking staff were very helpful and proactive. Although I had lost my wallet in the park and never found it back, could be bad luck.

The £2 charge for passenger drop off is extortionate.

Although I prebooked and prepaid I couldn't get out of the car park and had to use the help service.

Everything was plain sailing until it came to leaving the car park. When I put my ticket in to leave it said I have an overdue payment of £48. I did actually pay online a few weeks ago. When you have a queue of cars behind you wanting to get home it can be stressful. Luckily it was sorted out within a few minutes. I thought you had a car number plate recognition system in place?

Very god as it is on site and a regular bus service. Excellent support when car battery was flat.

My experience at the car park was terrible. Entering was no problem, but the exit system is ridiculous and needs to be redesigned. I had paid for 'pre-booked' parking, as had my father who was in a separate vehicle. We both encountered the same confusing system upon attempting to exit. He, unfortunately, was charged an additional 108 pounds which he now has to go through the hassle of reclaiming. I, after much confusion, was eventually able to leave without an extra charge. My problem is with the appearance and instructions on the ticket machine. Although I see that there are instructions written on the machine for those who have pre-paid and those who have not, it is NOT at all clear that you are supposed to sit and wait for someone to answer the call when you press the button. Instead, there is a loud and repeated beeping sound accompanied by a flashing button telling you to press STOP. There needs to be a clearer indication that you are supposed to WAIT, and then give your CODE. When I finally DID get someone on the other end, she was grumpy and unfriendly and there was no apology for the delay. It took ages to get an answer and there was only one other car there. I will probably avoid Luton airport in the future as a result of this. Stanstead has a better parking system.

I've been parking at Luton almost every week all week since February as I am travelling to Inverness and will do through to 19/12/14 and may be early next yerar as well. There is no alternative to Apcoa on airport parking as even their partners are bound by their rules. I am still very annoyed that they would not allow me to modify my parking (book for the remaining days ,I would have ccept ed having to pay a full day rate for the first day) when I missed booking last week, i.e. I entered the car park and not for the first time I had to take a ticket, but realised on checking that I hadn't pre-booked. The upshot would have been a bill for £180 had I not managed to get my wife to retrieve the car on the same day as I parked it, still incurring a £36 charge. This lack of flexibility is in my view, on Apcoa's part, unacceptable behaviour and I feel like I would have been robbed had I had to pay the full amount! I have also learnt to pre-book to midnight on the day of leaving (no additional fee) instead of 2 hours after landing as once I had to pay an additonal £36 full day rate for being 30 minutes over the one hour "grace" period. The car park is a short walk from the terminal building and is well situated. The lighting in the car park and the marking and layout of the bays is not the best and other airports do this better. However, paid for in advance the parking offers good value for money. The automated entry and exit system works well and the on-line payment system was simple to use.

Served its purpose. Lighting not terribly good when you collect your car at night. Don't like the fact that the disabled bus stop is only serviced if you press the button. What is the point of that - the bus has to pass by anyway.

Mid term car park was easy to find with ample spaces available. Buses to & from the terminal arrived promptly. We arrived early in the morning, allowing for any road works so there was not much traffic; I would think the experience might be different at peak times.

The whole experience was very easy, from the online booking > finding a parking space > catching a regular bus to the Airport.

The car reg was not automatically read for pre booked parking and on exiting was waiting 5 mins+ just to speak to someone. Shuttle service was perfect on both days.
