Fine. Rather alarmed to insert my ticket to be informed that I owed £80, after having prepaid, and exiting before the appointed hour. Pinged chap, who raised the barrier, but I have no idea why the charge came up initially.

Used Short Term car park, booking process easy and car park is very convenient. One observation would be: ground is very uneven so please concrete/tarmac parking area.

+ No fuss, easy parking ,shuttle bus arrives on time. Really 5 mins from the airport with the bus. - Road quality in the car park in some places is VERY POOR, be careful with your luggage if need to wheel it around.

I always use mid-term. Good location. Sometimes I do like to walk to the airport and always get irritated at how difficult it is to actually get out of the car park and across the road. I understand that, at present, pedestrians are discouraged probably because it is dangerous but it makes more sense to provide a safe route for those that want to walk to be able to get to the other side of the road without having to walk along a very muddy grass bank and to go for a while in the opposite direction because of the barriers. However, when I don't choose to walk then the courtesy bus service is great.

Parking is adjacent to the main airport building, so only a short walk. Entry and exit process into the car park is efficient and there was no problem in finding a space.

The booking and payment system is easy and very quick, great tool. The short stay carpark surface is in very poor condition, making walking difficult and could be dangerous if dark, particularly near zone 12. During wet weather this also creates large puddles of water that are difficult to avoid, not ideal when travelling to/from business meetings and when the colder weather arrives would be very icy. More lighting could be provided too, particularly as I'm a lone female business traveller.

Waited over 15 minutes for return mid term bus when should have been every 8-10. Long term busses more regular. Wouldn't waste extra money on mid term parking again.

The car park is in bad repair with lots of pot holes and poor drainage. I paid for my parking before leaving but when I got home and put my ticket in the machine it said I owed £108. I was parked from Friday to Sunday and this really upset me. There is no one to talk to so I paid the money and emailed them on Monday morning. They replied promptly asking me to send them a copy of my receipt. I have done this yesterday, as of yet I have not had confirmation of receipt of email and no refund but I trust that they will refund my money very soon. If i do not get a refund i shall be taking it further. Other people were complaining about the charges as well at the ticket machine. I hope this is remedied quickly as as this time of year (or any) I can not afford to be that amount out of pocket

I have parked at Luton airport so often, it must have been nearly 150 times, only short or mid term. I also used the drop off around 40 times. Last two years I find parking very expensive compared to other airports and inconvenient apart from short term. Still no multi story (pain in the winter), only one bus from mid term, no easy way to get to the hotels from mid term, no good online offers any more. I'm not using Luton for the parking experience!
