Great car park. Why not offer a loyalty card scheme for regular users

The car park is in bad repair with lots of pot holes and poor drainage. I paid for my parking before leaving but when I got home and put my ticket in the machine it said I owed £108. I was parked from Friday to Sunday and this really upset me. There is no one to talk to so I paid the money and emailed them on Monday morning. They replied promptly asking me to send them a copy of my receipt. I have done this yesterday, as of yet I have not had confirmation of receipt of email and no refund but I trust that they will refund my money very soon. If i do not get a refund i shall be taking it further. Other people were complaining about the charges as well at the ticket machine. I hope this is remedied quickly as as this time of year (or any) I can not afford to be that amount out of pocket

I have parked at Luton airport so often, it must have been nearly 150 times, only short or mid term. I also used the drop off around 40 times. Last two years I find parking very expensive compared to other airports and inconvenient apart from short term. Still no multi story (pain in the winter), only one bus from mid term, no easy way to get to the hotels from mid term, no good online offers any more. I'm not using Luton for the parking experience!

easy access with the bus from the car park to airport and backwards. still think its a bit to expensive but works for a short flight like a few days only/weekend. if would be cheaper I am sure more people would use it more often as is so much easier having your own car at the airport.

I think the pre booked parking need to have clear sign and entranc . Also the parking is in desperet needs of tarmacing the ground is in a bad shap with holes and poodle . I was shocked to see that. ! Thank you

Used Mid term car park on a pre booking. Easy to find and use. Just take ticket on entry park and get bus to terminal from one of the bust stops within the car park . Buses clean and frequent about every 10 min. Journey to terminal takes about 3-4min and drops off outside. Return just as easy catch bus back drive to barrier present pre paid ticket to machine and providing you havent overstayed and additional charge is payable exit. For just turning up payment machines are near the exit. Couldn't be simpler or more efficient. Also for just dropping off/picking up spaces available free of charge.

As advertised, walking distance to the terminal. Carpark surface is fairly rough ground which can make it difficult to pull luggage. Entrance could be more clearly marked and road layout a little bit simpler.

Booking the short stay online was a lot cheaper than I thought and it was so easy to just walk to the terminal being right next door. I would definitely book the short stay car park for a short trip again.

Perking staff were very helpful and proactive. Although I had lost my wallet in the park and never found it back, could be bad luck.

Considered it excellent service in ordering and leaving car on outward journey from Luton airport despite missing the bus by seconds. (Could it have waited as we ran to the stop?) Disappointed on the return to have to wait longer than ten minutes for arrival of bus to mid term car park. The previous bus had left well before we exited the airport building - there were people already queueing before we reached the bus stop. Perhaps you should make the labels for the bus stops clearer e.g. not clever having 'mid-term' written vertically on the end of the bus shelter easily covered by a person stood against it.

Terrible road surface conditions. No shelter from rain or snow. No proper walkway for pedestrians from their parking space to the airport, we have to fight our way through between cars parked. At this airport, unless you are disabled or are dropping/picking passengers you get nothing but a big bill. Appalling.

I was charged for 7 days and on my return had to pay an additional 31 pounds. I am awaiting a reply from customer services to my e mail yesterday Monday. P b maguire

FIRSTLY; TEH CAR PARK IS VERY EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS. I FEEL UNREASONABLY EXPLOITED BYTHE AIRPORT USING ITS MONOPOLY POSITION TO DEMAND ENORMOUS FEES FOR WHAT MUST COST LESS THAN A TENTH OF THE FEE CHARGED. YOU MAY REWARD YOUR GRREDY INVESTORS NOW, BUT BE ASSURED THAT WE WILL FIND A WAY TO PUNISH YOU IN FUTURE FOR YOUR UNBRIDLED EXPLOITATION. LOGISTICALLY I WOULD PREFER TO WALK FROM THE TERMINA LTO THE SO-CALLED MID STAY CAR PARK. IT IS NOT FAR AND AVOID HAVIGH EAIT FOR A BUS, WHICH SEEM TO COME AT IRRELGUALR INTERVALS. I AM SURE OTHERS MIGHT PREFER A BUS BUT I WOULD PREFERTO WALK . WHY IS THIS PREVENTED ? WHY ARE SOME PARTS TARMACADAMMED AND OTHERS NOT? . WHY PAY HIGH PRICES FOR PARKNG ON GRAVEL? YOU CONTINUE TO DISAPPOINT. I USE YOU BECAUSE I WANT A FLIGHT. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE OF USING THE AIRPORT IS LIKE A BAD TRIP TO A LOW QUALITY AMERICAN MALL. IT IS BEYOND UNPLEASANT- IT IS DEGRADING. IT MAKES THIR WORLD AIRPORTS IN AFRICAN EASTERN EUROPE LOOK GOOD. THE SECURITY IS INEFFICIENT, SLOW , LABORIOUS AND INSULTING. TEH SHOPS ARE MINIMALIST AND EXPENSIVE. THIS AIRPORT PLUMBS NEW DEPTHS AND THE CAR PARKNG IS SYMPTOMATIC OF AN ASSET BEING STRIPPED. THE MANAGERS NEED TO GO ELSEWHERE AND LEARN THAT BEING LOW COST DOES NOT HAVE TO MEAN LOW QUALITY OR DEGRADING. THEY SHOULD ALL BE SACKED AS UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENCE AND PLAN IGNORANT. THE DIRECTORS ARE NOT FIT TO CALL THEMSELVES THAT.

So quick - car recognition of number plate. parked and bus to terminal 10 minutes in total. so close to terminal. Even quicker on return as bus waiting at terminal, and because paid on line, just drove out. Had left airport within 30 minutes of landing on a domestic flight!

The ANPR did not read the number plare correctly which caused a delay on exiting, although the lady who answered to phone when i pressed for help was excellent.
