The surface is very rough, the parking spaces poorly marked, there were no free parking spaces in the area indicated as having free spaces, people were parked in the lanes at the end of the line of parking spaces, so nobody could get out and we all had to reverse back to the entrance - altogether, a pretty miserable experience!

Parking at Luton on the Thursday evening was an absolute joke. We had pre-paid fro parking for 3 days for 2 cars in advance and struggled to find any spaces when we got there. The layout of the car park means that if you go up one lane and there is not a space you have to reverse all the way back to get out. We finally found one space and had to leave the second car in one of the walkways otherwise we would have missed our flight. Cars were abandoned everywhere including within the disabled area. The road surface is horrendous and could do with re-developing with designated parking bays marked out. It would have been quicker and cheaper to park in the long stay and get the bus.

Rating would of been 5 star but the exist gate did not accept my ticket and had to call the attendant who let me through. Other than that it was a great experience and would definitely use again and recommend

Booked on line. Simple no fuss. Parked in long term car park. No Problem for space. Waited 5 min for bus to airport, took about 10 min to get there. Remember to make a note of where you park. Return journey was the same.

YOUR SECURITY IS APSOLUTEY USELESS, IN YOUR SHORT TERM CAR PARK I GOT MY BRANDNEW CAR SCRATCH VARY BADLY AND NO ONE ON SECURITY WANTED TO KNOW, WHEN WE ASK TO SEE FOOTAGE OF SECURITY CAMERA ON THAT TIME AND DAY. I WAS TOLD THAY WERE NOT WORKING. SO I WILL NEEVER USE YOU AGAIN. I ADVICE MY FRIENDS TO FLY FROM BIRMINGHAM, MUCH BETTER.

The only issue is the inability of your system to recognise a booking. It is frustrating to experience this every time even though the booking has been made with you direct. The staff on the call system are helpful and sort it out but there should be number plate recognition. After a flight, the last thing that you want is hassle. I am using you again at the weekend and again in May. I hope there is an improvement.

The day was cold, the welcome was warm. The Priority Meet and Greet system was quick and easy both on arrival and at departure.

Very convenient overall, close t airport and served well by the shuttle buses. At the exit though we were presented with outstanding amount of nearly £90 when we had already pre-paid. It was sorted soon enough but delayed us by a few minutes and was a bit daunting to think we owed that amount on top of what we had already paid.

Getting from the long stay car park to the airport was quick and easy. Unfortunately I had to wait over 30 minutes to get from the airport to the car park.

The booking and shuttle services were good but when we returned and put our card in the machine it said we owed £57 when we had not overstayed our three day booking. Luckily we were allowed through but the initial shock was not what we needed at almost midnight!

Despite the fact that I had prebooked and paid fully for my parking (We arrived on time and left early) when we can to leave I inserted the ticket and the display showed that I owed £57, I pressed the assistance button and the lady was very helpful and found or booking and let us out. But u don't understand why this happened.

On entry was very good took ticket as instructed and went on holiday. On our return tryed to exit by putting the ticket in the barrier again as instructed on the paperwork but this time the barrier did not open and requested that we pay the full short stay car parking. Good job I had our booking number at hand once quoted it was no problem but when you have just returned from a long trip it was a bit of a shock. But all good in the end
