“£2.50 to drop someone off! £9.00 to park for an hour. Total utter rip-off. I will actively look for flights from ANYWHERE else. No wonder Luton is the home of Ryan -"feck our customers" - Air and Easy - "fleece you" - Jet”

“The car park is in dire need of resurfacing,it's in a terrible state. When I returned and went to leave the car park I put my ticket in the machine and it demanded payment of £74.00 to let me out so then I have to sit and wait for an answer from someone in the office to raise the barrier.This often happens and I find It VERY ANNOYING.”

“Poorly laid out, traffic queuing to get out. Vehicles stuck in single lanes. Took me over 20 mins to exit. Needs proper road markings and bays could be bigger and laid out clearer. No signs to show where free bays are. Mid stay is much better than short yet you pay more?”

“FIne. Nothing better than the long-term car park apart from the travelling time to the terminal by shuttle. The price is only slightly higher. I wish the parking spaces were tarmacked and clearly marked and numbered.”

“I used the Meet and Greet service which is close to the terminal. As parking at Luton airport is a nightmare at the best of times and very expensive the service was useful given our flight times. I would recommend booking as early as possible as the prices ramp up very quickly. Service was OK but more expensive than Heathrow!”

“Drove all the way from Gloucestershire and had no problems until trying to find the car park. There are signs but these are quite small and hard to see at night. Apart from this, my experience was very positive.”
