Thank you for this service. It is easy to use, you have to pay online in advance and then just get there, enter the parking area and that is it. No hussle, no queue, no waiting time. The bus service is quite frequent so I have had only positive experience so far.

Poor selection of stores, and what there is in the terminal is overpriced, what is also disgusting is the way this poorly managed airport RIP OFF the car drivers and have seen fit to introduce a 20% increase in drop off charges, this stinks and the management should hold there head in shame. But as they are also involved with the incompetent Labour run council, this is par for the course. I use numerous airports throughout the world and Luton is quite possibly the worst airport I travel through.

Pre paid but when I returned and put the ticket in to exit it said I owed £84! Pressed for assistance, waited a very long time and then attendant was quite impolite. Before I could even finish my sentence he just said "Name?"...I waited and waited.....and then he said "ok" then the barrier opened. No apology, just rather rude.

Used priority parking last year it was excellent, have booked it again this year for dates in June and September.

Extremely disappointed due the fact had to wait for more than 45 minutes to get a transfer. One driver refused to Board a passenger because they haut bought coffee. As per his bus rules no food or drinks are allowed on board. After paying such a out of money. No satisfaction and customer service towards paying customers. Driver extremely rude...!!! Severely delays to get another bus. 2 transfer bus came out of service. Will not recommend or use again.

Parking fine, but transfer bus is very infrequent (20+ minutes wait) on the way to the airport. I waited 25 minutes for a bus to the car park when I returned, before deciding to walk to the car from the airport instead. I still beat the bus to my car.

Normally park at long term but on a Sunday red-eye and did not want to risk the road works. Only a relatively reasonable price (£26 for about 36 hours, pre booked) and convenience for terminal saved this rating from "Poor". Given that it is a premium parking area, it is a disgrace. Confusing entry signs, appalling rutted surface, and no obvious exit signs, the exit actually being the double back on a one way entrance…in which people had parked!! I have seen pop up match day parking lots in better condition and better signed. Although pop-ups don't have the nifty no. plate recognition system that makes getting in/out whole seconds faster. had to return the folowing day - £7 for 40 mins, most of which was caused by an airport that can't manage passport flow whilst new scanners are being installed.

On a recent trip my return was delayed by a day. This meant I had to pay extra, which is reasonable. What I don't think is reasonable is the rate. I had to pay the same for 1 day that 3 days had cost me - just over £20. I think this punitive charging is disappointing and in future I will look for an alternative to what is otherwise a very convenient service.
