no problems at all, although getting back at 1am i felt the lighting could be better,and the driver of the shuttle could give some idea of the location stops.it is well worth remembering your location number,other than that all ok.

I travel a lot for work but never through Luton before - and frankly never again. Not enough parking spaces / infrequent car park buses both on departure and arrival / little seating in departures / bars more concerned with making a profit from alcohol sales than the well-being of travellers and the effects on those around them / long queues, long delays and no staff to willing to help at the gate / HUGE queues at passport control on return.

Parking at the mid term car park was very easy and clearly sign posted when approaching the car park. the only thing I would say is that you need more exit signs around the car park as they are very far and few between depending On where you park

When we left the car park the ticket machine said there was an outstanding blance of 105 pounds. But had pre booked it and payed up front.

Luton are you listening? Please get the short stay car park resurfaced. At £37 a day to park in a pot hole this surely is the worst value for money car park in Britain.

I had pre-booked the short stay but went to the long stay by mistake. Unfortunately i didn't have time to go back and had to park there anyway and got charged £59 for two nights. My two day parking at Luton ended up costing me a staggering £85 (including what I had pre-paid). I have e-mailed Luton airport parking and asked for some clemency and a refund of at least part of the money but have heard nothing yet.

There was a sign directing us to spaceses which were full up, had to drive round and round looking for space to park. The ground is poor markings are hardly or can't be seen at all.

Easy to find parking area and hassle free entry and exit. Courtesy bus every 10 mind.

I was slightly late back to the car, and was charged me an extra day, even though the total stay was well within the number of days I paid for. I won't be using this parking again - there are cheaper options which are no further away and don't overcharge you.

Landing at Luton airport is like visiting a third world airport. On Saturday 9th. 2015 we arrived on a Thomson flight from Menorca. We were kept waiting for 15 minutes on the plane as a) the steps weren't ready for disembarkation and b) I was told that there was no reception personnel available to lead us from the plane to the terminal. On going to the baggage reclamation there was a delay of about 20 minutes, not just at our reclaim point but also at others. I rarely fly from Luton through choice, there is always some problem that spoils the holiday. The whole place looks and feels tatty, a definite lack of investment in the environment surrounding your customers. I don't suppose for a minute that there will be any response to these words, but feel free to reply. When asked by friends if they should use Luton, it's a definite no.

I use this car park around 3 to 4 times a year, it always felt as value for money. But this last time I was extremely frustrated after realising I was instructed to park in a new section where the only way to get to the bus stop is by using the steps, there is no alternative. It is absolutely inconvenient when carrying your holiday luggage. When you're paying for a service such as this, you expect the facilities to make travelling easier, not a hassle. Thank you
