“Prebooked the mid term car park. when I got there, there was no space. The stewards were getting people to park in lanes, which could have resulted in cars getting damaged. I was moved to the short term car park. The short term car park is atrocious - it is the worst car park I've seen. There is no proper surface, there are few proper markings, most of the lanes are blocked at the ends so you have to reverse all the way back if there is no space - it is just chaos. The mid term car park seems just as bad. Leaving your car at Luton airport is not a pleasant or stress-free experience.”

“It didn't recognise my booking when I left and asked me to pay 60 pounds.. I rang the intercom from the car at the exit and had to wait 5 mins to be allowed out”

“For the price, this car park is poor. The surface is poor, there are many potholes and filthy puddles - hopeless for wheely suitcases. Poor signage for pedestrian way to terminal. Many cars parked out of spaces which narrowed the way in & out. Generally dirty and unattractive. Compared to Stansted short stay car park, this one is very poor.”

“I haven't been yet! Receiving this email regarding my "recent parking experience" nearly gave me a heart attack, thinking that I had incorrectly booked my visit dates!!! Thankfully I still have the confirmation email which states the dates are as I booked them, but they are still almost 2 weeks in the future. Receiving an email like this prematurely is appalling!!!”

“Good value and close to terminal building but the car park it self needs work as there are many potholes and also the rows are tight with not enough room to turn car around or its not clear whether there are spaces until you drive down the long row only to find there are not any and you have to reverse out , so can be very time consuming. Need to make a clear route for the cars to go around.”

“Hi Normally an excellent service but this time, on the outward journey, the bus was full when it got back to stop one resulting in having to alight the next drop off bus at stop one so when it did full circle again it was full up so that stop one passengers could not alight. More or longer buses perhaps at these busy times! our wait time was 20 minutes instead of the advertised 10. Thanks Regards Terry”

“Easy to locate - but was very busy so finding a space close to the exit was difficult. Exit route not signed well enough. It's a pity that there isn't a separate car park for those pre-booking and those paying on the day. I found that as a business traveller I was amongst holiday makers and although I'm not precious about that, you just want to get in and out quickly and my progress was impeded by people who obviously had time on their hands.”
