“Easy to book and easy to park, apart from the system not recognising by booking and a few minutes talking to someone through the barrier microphone to raise the barrier, all good and I would definitely use this car park again..”

“Location and ease of entry and exit were excellent. On the day of our arrival however there was a distinct shortage of available parking spaces and it took us quite a while to find a space. This is compounded by the lack of parking control in terms of bay markings or attendants, resulting in some customers parking in a haphazard manner utilizing more than one space. The car park surfacing is also in need of upgrading.”

“Experience was very good but we staid on the expensive short stay so no hassle with the shuttle. Last time, we staid at the medium or long stay and had to take the shuttle and it was a different ball game especially because of the shuttle (like tube experience but worse with people having suitcases and prefering letting them in the middle or on seats (yes!!) rather than on the empty rack... In order to avoid this nightmare we went for the pricy option free "hassle-shuttle" Unfortunately, we were not asked to give any feedback on this occasion...”

“Mid Term car park is more convenient for departures and arrivals. Cost only marginally higher than long term. Buses are frequent at the times we travelled.”

“Very good service decent price. The only issue was that the exit machine didn't accept the ticket easily, I assumed it would swallow the ticket.”

“Not many spaces available, was unable to turn into the next row at the end and had to reverse back down. Ticket didn't work at the barrier. But just a quick ring to the intercom and was fine.”

“I seem to have trouble with the number plate recognition part of the process - I got my number on my entry ticket but when I came to leave my plate wasn't recognised and I had to call to get the barrier raised. Is this my fault or does the camera angle need to be wider or wasn't the camera working?”

“I don't think it was very clear that I was in the correct parking area I parked and then asked a member of staff but even on leaving still felt unsure although I was in the right place. Clearer signs would help but overall a good experience”

“Was fine. Easy entrance....Easy exit with number plate registration.... (Only problem was I lost my key when leaving the car somehow somewhere in Luton before boarding. No keys handed in I suppose ?”
