“I’m forever seeming to be placing orders with these guys. Service is always awesome. Recently had a slightly incorrect part sent to me and once notified, lux didn’t make any excuses they express posted the correct part and simply trusted that I’d send back the incorrect one. Nice to know old fashion customer service and the BMX spirit lives on. 🤙🏾”

“The guy that served us went out if his way to help my 9 year old get the right fit for his bmx pants ..he is starting out and obviously so excited about the sport ..sorry can't remember the guys name but he was brilliant with Noah answered all his questions explained in detail what things were around the shop and made his day with a selection of stickers ..awesome service experience..we will certainly be recommending lux to everyone in the club ....cheers guys .”
