“Purchased a 2020 Division Fortiz 21” a few weeks ago. Bike arrived well packaged & delivery was pretty quick, even all the way over here in Darwin, which usually takes a few extra days when compared to the rest of AUS for freight to arrive. Easy to order website, quick order processing & dispatch, and a solid product. Would recommend to anyone looking for a bike or bike parts.”

“Normally I receive great service from lux, on this order however I’d asked for some spokes to be cut to a specific size, but when the order arrived the spokes were 1mm longer, the did work but not ideal.”

Paul, Again we are sincerely sorry for the mistake with your spoke lengths. There was an internal error that resulted in you receiving the wrong length spokes. As we mentioned in our correspondence we would be more than happy to get the spokes swapped out for the correct length. However, +-1mm is well within the acceptable limits for spoke length when building wheels. Once again we apologise for any inconvenience that this has caused you and thank you for continuing to support us here at LUXBMX.
