“All products I have purchased have been in really good condition. Only issue I've had is the new bike I ordered had both hubs really lose, would have liked them to be assembled correctly as most of us aren't bike mechanics.”

Hey Nathan, Sorry to hear you have not received your products as yet. I have created an inquiry with Australia Post to get to the bottom of this delay. Hopefully, we can get you your parts asap.
