“I normally put 5 stars but this time only 3 cause the postal time was too long. You might say that that is not Luxbmx but I disagree. If I was the ceo-boss I?d contact them and say customers are getting a great service off us and let down by the postal side of things. If the postal service is not providing the expected service they shouldn?t charge LUX full tilt.”

“Shipping was fast, customer service really friendly and quick to respond. Would definitely purchase from them again, only down side is the lack of free stuff such as stickers, posters, shirts etc. after spending over $1000 combined on two orders I received absolutely nothing extra with my order, which was slightly disappointing to be honest.”

“My son is 3.5 already and he almost got it right. I wish I bought it earlier maybe a year ago. The only thing this balance bike is heavy compared to other ones on a market. But my little one wanted this one so we bought this one.”
