“Pretty good service. Needs improvements such as actually reading the delivery instructions. I asked for signature and got a drop off with no signature. The company also needs to package the parts better to protect the product as the product I got was a little bit scratched from transport and was lose inside a box. It should have been tightly packed for international travel. The only positive to this though is there's no excessive use of plastic but its at a demise of the product. I'm mainly targeting colony here so pass my message on. Cheers. Overall:good service for affordable and reliable bmx parts.”

Hey James, Thanks for the feedback. We appreciate all feed back and it helps us grow and improve our services! Our apologies your order was left when there was a signature required. I know due to the covid19 restrictions signature on delivery has been waived but they should not leave the item without someone there to receive it. We haven't had any troubles with the way the Colony wheels have been packaged previously but this is something we will definitely take into consideration moving forward.
