Hi Charles, Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback. We certainly do take on everything in the effort to provide better service for our customers. We have recently relocated and our new showroom is now open at: 1 Burke Street, Woolloongabba. While the vast majority of our customers are online only and will never step foot in our showroom, we will always value the core BMX connection to a physical location. Current COVID restrictions have certainly affected our ability to provide a safe retail experience. In the interest of sticking to social distancing regulations, we are limited to having 6 customers in the showroom at any time. We sincerely appreciate your patience and hope things will be back to normal soon. Thanks again for your feedback.

“love the place brought so much from here to the point where I got 170 worth of free stuff from club lux points. Wouldn't recommend another place. all the bikes in the photos are either mine (black and green Sundays) or friends who brought from lux.”
