“Normally I receive great service from lux, on this order however I’d asked for some spokes to be cut to a specific size, but when the order arrived the spokes were 1mm longer, the did work but not ideal.”

Paul, Again we are sincerely sorry for the mistake with your spoke lengths. There was an internal error that resulted in you receiving the wrong length spokes. As we mentioned in our correspondence we would be more than happy to get the spokes swapped out for the correct length. However, +-1mm is well within the acceptable limits for spoke length when building wheels. Once again we apologise for any inconvenience that this has caused you and thank you for continuing to support us here at LUXBMX.

“The best shop in the world literally, they had some parts that I couldn't find anywhere ive been ordering from them for years excellent customer service. Ill put it like this when I need a part they are my 1st pick and I live in the United States ill pay the shipping to get it from them they put it down nothing but good vibes all around there like the snoop dogg of bike shops”
