“These Guys run a tight Shop. Quick email replies to both technical and shipping-related queries. one of my orders was a front-wheel build (pick the parts and Lux built it up & shipped it to me ) Turn around was fast and wheel arrived with no issues all built up. happy customer here!”

“Item was sent to wrong house number luckily there was no house at that number I contacted courier company and they told me of the error and I organised to pick up item 40 min drive .On pickup it was discovered I was sent the wrong item a 1” stem instead of 1-1/8 stem this was all after item being substituted as the item I purchased online was not in stock.After contacting Lux they sent the right product express post but still put the wrong house number on the package even though I had confirmed with them of my correct house number once again it was up to me to chase up my item”

Hi Dave, Thank you for taking the time to leave us this feedback, firstly we wanted to say that we are extremely sorry that this incident happened. We accept full responsibility for not picking up on the address change after sending the incorrect stem. Human error is unfortunately inevitable at times as we deal with numerous orders every day.
