“Bought new tyres for my sons bmx(also previously purchased bmx and parts from this store) but had to order in as none in stock. Gave my phone number and details to get a call back as I had explained that the bike was getting shipped interstate in a weeks time. I was told sure no worries delivery within 2-4 days and we will call in 2-4 days but after 6 days I called and the guy I spoke to struggled to find the order but assured me it "should be in" so I went into the shop to try and collect anyway and again waited for them to be located. The warehouse is a shambles with stuff everywhere, no wonder it was a struggle to locate anything. I got them eventually and fitted them just in time. Every time I have been in the store, staff are too "busy" talking to there buddies to talk you and barely show any interest. You supply great products but the customer service is underwhelming at best.”
