“Service & care from the team at Lux is second to none! Couldn’t find exactly what my son wanted “off the shelf” so after a quick email, Claudio had it built for me. Exactly what I was looking for without any fuss or time wasted, and delivered well within my budget. Can’t recommend these guys enough!”

“We paid the extra money for the BMX to come for our son’s bday mostly built. We ended up spending at least an hr or more working out the extra brakes, lights, pedals, wheel etc. i wouldn’t call it ‘mostly done’. Pretty dissapoint sw ed for the money we paid, would have brought local for it to be built if I knew this is how it would arrive.”

“We bought two BMXs for our kids for Xmas. The bikes were ready in no time and they also put the bikes together for us. I expected I would need to do this. Bikes are great quality and the team have followed up a few times to ensure we were happy with our purchase. Def recommend!!!”

“Emailed to request notification of 26" Rims for the Sledgehammer and Bam! There it is, two weeks later get the mail and I'm in biz ..no stress and on my doorstep 3 days later-Good customer service.”
