“Luxury Escapes is awesome to deal with, especially Vynka. I wasn't receiving emails and Vynka made sure that the hotel was notified that my email was not attached to the booking and called me multiple times to ensure I was at ease. It's my second time booking with Luxury Escapes, and this is exactly why! 5-star service.”

“I: would like to thank Mitchell R for booking our group holiday, but due to medical reason had to cancel the trip a few days before, Mitchell was great in providing the appropriate paperwork so we could process our insurance claim. Will definitely use Luxury Escapes again.”

“Went into your chadstone store today which is great to be able to talk to someone face to face, to check on a few details of our upcoming trip. Luke M was fantastic and helped me answer the questions. also got back to me quickly with an email once he knew.”

“Really good company to deal with, especially happy that I now have been refunded my money back from my Garuda flights from Perth to Bali. Have used on many occasions and will continue to do so in the future. All my bookings with them have all been great.”

“It’s taken me awhile but I have had my husband very ill and he has now moved to a nursing home. Life is still hectic but I just have to thank Brooke for all the help she has done for me to get a refund after having to cancel a Bali holiday we weren’t able to enjoy! Thank you so much Brooke. “We had to our cancel our hotel booking due to a car accident and Vynka was able to organise a Pay no Buy later option with our hotel instead of losing our booking totally. This was handled very professionally by Vynka - excellent service.”
