“There was a problem to use a voucher during the booking but after contacting an office they promptly made a refund to my account . Vynka B was friendly and professional.”

“Jessica M from the customer service team made everything so easy. Its great to have this level of concierge service when you deal with a travel company. I had an issue processing an online booking and within a few minutes my issue was resolved. I have booked a few holidays now with Luxury escapes and they have never diasppointed . I believe its the level of cusotmer service like Jessica M that makes them stand out from the crowd.”

“Jessica M. from customer service was very helpful in making a hotel booking for us. She was accommodating, friendly and follows up until our reservation is completed. My sister-in-law and us got our vouchers from our mum as present. Jessica assisted in doing our joint booking and made the booking as easy as possible.”

“Brooke was extremely helpful with a booking concern we had. She promised to look into it and get back to us with 24-48 hours, but to our surprise she got back to us within a couple of hours advising the issue had been resolved and confirmed it by email. This really put our minds at ease. That's what customer service is all about. Thank you.”
