“Mitch R returned my call this afternoon. I wanted to extend & change my date for our holiday. Mitch was great, he amended the booking, took the extra payment & emailed the change back to me. Extremely efficient & nothing was too much trouble.”

“Mitchell R was very understanding and supportive of our transfer issue and agreed it was very odd that the package only included a transfer on arrival and NOT on departure. With that information he made the transfer booking and charged our credit card on file and now we can look forward to enjoying our trip in 48 hours. Thanks Mitchell”

“I made a reservation trying to use a gift voucher that wasn’t working online. I made the assumption that it was going to be incredibly difficult to have the situation addressed but to my absolute pleasure Tammie R promptly had voucher working and took the time make sure it was applied to my booking. I was very pleasantly surprised by the experience.”
