“I was unable to take my Luxury Escape holiday due to health reasons. Jessica M was amazing and has enabled me to take my holiday when my health improves. Thank you Jessica”

“We dealt with Mitchell R and he was absolutley fantastic from start to finish! So good to deal with, he went above and beyond to help with our query and was so thorough and resolved our query so quickly. We always book our trips with Luxury Escapes and we have had the most amazing holidays! 5 stars from us all the way :)”

“I purchased a Scoopon spa voucher and was having trouble using it. After calling to speak to the call centre I spoke with Luke M who went above and beyond to get the issue resolved. He was very polite and continued to update me through the process so I knew what was happening. I was very stressed about the situation but he was such a big help. Thanks so much Luke for your wonderful customer service.”

“Today, I contacted Luxury Escapes and was told I was No. 17 in the queue and could either hold on or opt for call back without losing my place in the queue. I chose the latter and received a call from Luke M. I needed to change the room type in a booking I had made a few days previously. Luke dealt with my request in a friendly and polite manner, speaking very clearly. He changed my booking as requested very quickly and efficiently, while I was still on the phone to him. He then confirmed that he had achieved my request and told me I would be receiving a confirmation email very soon. This actually arrived in my inbox while we were still talking on the phone. Luke is a thoroughly pleasant young man, who speaks well and is a pleasure to deal with. He is an asset to Luxury Escapes. Thank you, Luke.”
