“Natasha K was so helpful and patient in untangling the knotty problems that occurred with my bookings and was even able to arrange a refund in the process. With the help of her expert guidance it was all sorted out, never once did Natasha show any sign of impatience with my somewhat bumbling navigation of the web. It was a great experience, SHE DESERVES A RAISE.”

“Patrick M was fantastic. My wife and I had booked a holiday, but unfortunately, both of us came down with Covid on the day we were scheduled to leave. He was able to reschedule our holiday at no extra cost to us. His dedication and professionalism is to be admired. Thank you Patrick”

“Luxury Escapes staff are tremendous. I booked thru Shaun who tied a flight in with an air fare and used Qantas FF points for the Hotel and a Jetstar credit for part payment. Was an easy process. then Josephine S finalized a private limo to our hotel averting a disaster as the limo company did not have our details. Very competentant staff members.”
