“I phoned Luxury Escapes and dealt with Bipin k. He was marvellous. I initially phoned just to obtain e-mail address to communicate with accommodation re airport pickup. Bipin very kindly offered to contact accommodation for me. When he corresponded with the accommodation he kept me in the loop as to what was happening which I really appreciated. Plus he also contacted the accommodation for my friends I am travelling with and also kept them in the loop and well informed. Bipin k is an asset to Luxury Escapes. He is very pleasant and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you.”

“I would have given 5 stars, but it took many hours for my Whats App to be answered (I’m hoping it was only because it is the weekend). When my time came, Brooke was very pleasant and extremely efficient in sorting out my problem. I’m very happy with the service!”

“Hi Lai, here …Oopps I am so sorry I didn’t notice the star rating system, must have unknowingly tapped on 1 star for Jake. Of course Jake deserved 5 stars. He was very courteous, obliging and through. Canceled and rebooked our Luxury Escapes dinner for me. I am very happy with Jake’s service ….. definitely 5 golden Stars!!!”

“On Thursday 1st June 2023 it was extremely nice of the team leader to offer me a full refund as a gesture of goodwill for there not being a kitchen at the room at the hotel so I was unable cook my own meals everyday so I can be healthy. That is the reason I decided to go to Diamond Beach Resort in Broadbeach.”

“Was meant to have a car picking me up from my house which was from luxury escape.The company name of the service is Hughes chauffeur services. They have canceled due too no car. They did confirm it but had to send what time was my pickup which was 12am . Don’t think they wanted to do it.Extremely poor services. I’m lucky they did 6 days out and not on the day. Please be extremely cautious of this company.”

“I had an issue submitting traveler details for an upcoming trip. I contacted Luxury Escapes and served by Jake L. He identified the problem with their system, took the missing information over the phone, entered it in his system and confirmed all was good, then followed up with an email confirmation. His service was friendly, polite efficient and prompt. Well done.”
