“I rang Luxury Escaped today as I was concerned about our reservation in Bali. I spoke to a lovely lady named Vynka who was extremely pleasant. She offered to speak to the hotel in Bali and got back to me within a very short time to confirm that all was well. It was a pleasure dealing with someone so efficient and willing to help. Thankyou Vynka”

“The service I received was fast and efficient, we changed our mind on our purchase and our request for a refund was quickly and efficiently dealt with. We really appreciated the professionalism in dealing with a cancellation and not having to jump through many hoops to receive our refund. Thank you Lauren S.”

“We unfortunately had to cancel our trip as we got covid. The luxury escapes team namely Will, Lisa and Caroline who booked our holiday initially to the subsequent cancellation and refund of our trip were amazing. Exceptional customer service. This was the first instance of using luxury escapes and the professional manner that all our queries were addressed in we looking forward to booking our next holiday in the not too distant future.”

“Lisa was fantastic! She was calm and patient and answered all my queries. She also followed up the next day with a clear invoice showing the breakdown for our trip. She was lovely to talk to and very helpful. I will certainly use Luxury Escapes again and recommend it to others. Thanks, Diane”
